The guys at this location is awesome. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the issue I was having with my phone. The turn around time was quick and pricing was fair. I would recommend checking out these guys if you're having issues with your phone.

Contacted Richie as soon as the store opened in need of car battery assistance. Richie advised me of how to place an order and receive a well needed discount. Once I arrived he installed the car right away and cleaned the corrosion left behind from the previous battery. I appreciated his help and guidance. Best battery deals in Orlando!

Great store. Fixed my cell phone bought an led light and a car battery charger. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Prices were a bit high but excellent products with warranty!

Never use this store, they have HORRIBLE customer service and they did not stand behind the product. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

Poor customer service!! ?3/28 I had an issue with Tyler and the store manager Joshua.. was told that they are a franchise store so they don't have to reach out to corporate! (which was a lie.) After I threatening to call the police they called the corporate from the store phone. Which I was told that the store owners Patrick Leboeuf and Craig baumann would be contacting me 2 to 3 days. A week later still no response ? I called corporate back they told me neither one of them reach back out to them or me.. I was told they were going to resend another email and I should hear from somebody within 1 or 2 days.. still no response! I reach back out today and was told that Patrick and Craig decided not to reach back out to me to discuss the situation. So I have to reach out on here and make the situation public..I feel like this is bad business/ discrimination if I wasn't a person of color I don't believe I'll be going through this! Just because you're a franchise owner doesn't give you the right to treat people any kind of way.. and I don't feel like I should have brought this public in order to get a response ..order number#p61042178 I'm a real customer paid twice

I very rarely post reviews, and never post negative ones- until today. However, my experience with one employee at this location in particular, LUIS, really deserves a detailed review. I called and inquired about the cost for a replacement battery for my IPhone since it was losing charge very quickly and had a service alert in the phone battery setting. I was quoted a competitive price (by Luis) so I decided to go over there soon after my call. Luis completed the battery replacement very quickly, gave it back to me, I paid and started to head out. As soon as I turned the phone on, I checked the battery health settings and noticed that it was not providing any information, but instead alerted me that a non-Apple part had been installed. I returned to the desk and asked Luis why it was saying that. He explained that they do not use official Apple parts. I was surprised he had not bothered to mention this fact before selling it to me. But I didn't make a big deal about that and decided I could live with that minor inconvenience. However, when I went to open up one of my apps, I realized the Face ID was not working. Since there were other customers being attended to, I decided to try and reset the Face ID. However it would not even recognize my face in the circle to start the resetting process. I knew there had to be some connection to the battery replacement since my Face ID had never caused me any problems until that moment. I went back to Luis once he was free again and he immediately showed some major attitude. I quote "So you prefer to be charging your phone all the time as long as you have Face ID?!" I was taken aback by his tone and sarcasm. I explained that I had never had problems with the phone face ID before, so there must be a connection to battery replacement he performed. I also stated that I had tried to reset the Face ID while he was with other customers, and I could try to do so again, but I didn't think it would work. Sure enough, it didn't. He kept saying that I must've had Face ID problems before since I said I was going to reset it AGAIN. I tried to explain that I was referring to having tried it just a few minutes prior (while he was with another customer). He kept insisting over and over that I must have had problems before - basically calling me a liar over and over again. I seriously could not believe his tone and poor customer service skills. He seemed very annoyed and then asked me for my password so he could work on the phone more and try to diagnose the problem. After about another 15 minutes, I explained that I was in a big hurry to pick up my daughter and preferred him to return the old battery and refund my money. He finally did, but kept insisting that he was sure I must had issues before- again calling me a liar even as he refunded my money. At this point I became quite upset and raised my voice at him (no foul language at all) because I had never come across such a rude sales/service person and with such an accusatory and defensive attitude. As I left I let him know that I would be reaching out to admin to complain about him. The manager followed me out (he had overheard most of the interaction but never identified himself as the manager until I left) to apologize and assure me he would be speaking to the employee about how poorly he handled things. He seemed much more professional than Luis, but he should have intervened much earlier in the process to diffuse the situation since he was present the entire time while I was in the store. I can't imagine a store wanting an employee like LUIS representing them to the public. He is truly an embarrassment to the store. I took the phone to another repair shop (that provides Apple certified parts) and they explained that screens and even cameras can be easily damaged while a battery is being replaced. They figured that is what happened. I would definitely not return to this store, and most definitely would never ever deal with LUIS again. The manager was much nicer, but should have intervened quicker

I had my iPhone fixed here, and they did a great job. They were quick, helpful, kind, and answered my questions and explained everything well. Great customer service and appreciate the warranty that came with the repair. Would definitely recommend and would come back to this location (Ocoee) if I need another repair.

I went in to have an iPhone charging port repaired and Brian helped me out by giving it a hard cleaning. Works great and he didn't even charge me, great service and speed!

Called the store , Tyler picked up promptly. Asked some questions about Remote entry and if they could help. Tyler gladly searched the database and made sure i had the right remote key. Upon entry to the store was greeted friendly from Reaper and had friendly conversation. Another customer enters and I could see Reaper was very eager to help him, as I had already been helped. Listening to them talk about batteries and products Reaper and Tyler are very knowledgeable in there fields. Tyler trouble shooting problems with my car as the keys were not working correctly but Tyler quickly figured it out , and explained to me the situation and how and why it worked out well.I will be coming backThanks for the help !

I needed 4- 6 volt batteries for a floor scrubber, this location had the batteries in stock. The sales staff is top notch and know their batteries. A wonderful easy shopping experience.

I had a wonderful experience the guys were very helpful they cleaned out my battery chamber and it turned out I didn't need batteries after all
