This is the only place I will purchase my parts from now on. They are so much more helpful than other D auto parts stores, which will remain nameless. You also earn points towards cash. I went to purchase something that cost $24 and only paid $4 because of my points.

The store manager & assistant manager at the Ocoee location don't like to help the customer.
Had a very bad experience with them.
Ended up calling the 1800 # to get things straight out with my car's battery warranty.

I ordered my brakes online to save time. I picked them up and went home to change them and realized they were wrong. I double checked the website, I ordered the correct ones according to the website. I went my closest location to return them and the only one they had was a returned item that no one checked before returning. Therefore I had to go to another store to get them. What was the point ordering them online to save time?

Today I went to this store for the first time and the service was truly excellent, there was a Venezuelan countryman who treated me, super friendly, attentive, he helped me change the battery in my car, I was super grateful for his services, I wish all the stores had such excellent service since Sometimes people of the same nationality as one want to treat their countrymen badly but this was not the case if we had known before that there would be such a kind person who would choose that store as our favorite

I recently went in with a keyless entry car key fob needing a new battery. Ivan and Liz right away took out their tools and got to work! They were very knowledgeable and friendly, even though they were busy they took time for me! They got my old battery out with a lot of finesse and replaced it with the new one and put it back together, making sure it worked before they rang me up! I was so thankful to both of them and all of their help that day to get me back on the road! Thank you again so much Liz and Ivan you both truly went the extra mile for me! I definitely recommend this store to anyone needing help with an issue! :D
