The lady who works there is a badass, she treats people badly and plays with them so that they change cash registers again and again you ask her something and she responds with attitude. The general manager should be here like at 12 noon. half a day that the white lady is here, I don't know her name since I asked her and she didn't tell me and she doesn't have a work ID. I don't recommend that anyone come here when they cut the pizza, it's not good, besides the fact that one day it arrives and I have photos of that, the expiration of the manufactured product was already expired one day and I have photos of proof of that

They are selling boneless wings 8 piece but counting crumbs as full pieces then when brought to the attention of the staff they were very rude and unprofessional.. I've never seen such poor customer service at a 7 eleven they need retrained Janette was the rudest she doesn't deserve to work with the public

Your employees need to speak English! If they can’t get back on there banana boat and get the F out! Everyone else in the world comes and learns English except stupid Spanish speakers! Garbage!

On 2 separate occasions I went and the drink machine was out of order, never has half of the food ready or in stock. Poorly managed 7-11 overall.

i would give it negative stars if i could. I am writing this bc 2x my credit card info has been stolen at this 7-11/mobil. The first time was about a month ago- i filled my car with gas and an hour later used my cc number t a t-mobile in winter garden (for an iphone). I went back and told the cashier i believed they had a skimmer on their machine and he made it obvious he did not care. I did not go back to the store until 2 days ago. This time it was to get a car wash. I went inside to do the transaction figuring it would be safer if it was done inside and the clerk ran my card 3x and kept saying something was wrong. I got a weird feeling so i told him to just cancel it. an Hour later I had ANOTHER charge at the same tmobile in winter garden. It was a different card and I had to have it turned off too. Seeing as how I went inside to do the transaction it seems obvious to me that the clerk is in on the scam. I have talked to other people in the area who have had similar issues at the same station. Avoid this store!

7 11 continues to downgrade their stores selection. Makes it increasingly difficult to be able to purchase items regular pricing forcing you to fill out unnecessary info on keypad . The selection of products has declined and the fraud with the skimmers at the fuel pumps is to the point that I will no longer use their stores

I went for a car wash and it was tottaly stained after the washing. It was wet and after driving, dirty. The next day I came to explain what happened and Derrick was very unprofessional and unhelpful. He gave me a free car wash to try to ease the situation. I told him that I didn't want it because I was afraid that it would happen again. I didn't want to escalate the situation and wash it again causing the same problem. I took pictures before and after. After the 2nd washing I showed him my car totally wet. I advise him (Derrick) to close the car wash. I filmed a heavy dripping from the machine, causing the stains on my car. He was without patience and rude. Turned his back on me, cursing saying that he'd give me the money back. I was chocked the way he was treating me as a customer. I didn't want a free car wash. I didn't need it, either. I just wanted to be treated in a fair way. The cashier Elijah took his side and I was surprised for his behavior knowing nothing about the situation. I felt humiliated when Derrick told me DO NOT COME TO THE STORE ANYMORE. I hope they check the camera to analyze what happened to me. I know that place for more than 20 years. I went to another gas station and paid $62. In my family we have 3 cars. That day they lost almost $200 in business. Derrick is rude, unprofesional, unhappy with his job and extremely rude toward the customers. Elijah shouldn't have said anything not knowing the situation and trying to kiss Derrick's butt. My family and I will never come back to that place again.
