I was a little bit flustered not with anybody at the store just with the items I couldn't find and Priscilla was honestly the best customer service worker I've met. She was patient she help me look for what I needed. And she always seem happy to help me. Lastly, I'm new to the area so I'm not familiar with the stores and everything else, But I can tell you now that I will continue shopping at Ross solely because of Priscilla.”

“What a refreshing surprise. Honest-to-goodness customer service. I was looking for a gift for my lady friend and the help here showed me several outfits that just made good sense. I didn't buy every recommendation but did buy two outfits. And they wrapped it very nicely. And I'll be back. Great location across from the main square. We can spend our money anywhere, but customer service seems to be a thing of yester-year...except here at Changes boutique in The Villages, it's plentiful and courteous. Much appreciated. “Have purchased many women’s and men’s clothing and accessories from this store since moving to The Villages. Not opposed to the extra 4% the store charges for credit card use because some of the clothing is more than double at other online golf stores. The woman who is always there could be a bit more friendly and welcoming.”
