Excellent gym with something for everyone from the beginner to the serious bodybuilder. The cold plunge is a real game changer! Super friendly staff and the cleanest gym I've ever been to. Free coffee is the icing on the cake :)Update May 2024: Add to the list of accolades that they repair broken equipment quickly!

I love this place! Clean place to workout in, super friendly and knowledgeable staff and top notch equipment. Jeremy’s an awesome personal trainer and Nikki’s a fabulous Crossfit coach. Both are fantastic trainers/coaches who really know how to help you reach your goals. It’s a gym that makes you feel welcome❤️
When Zone was created in 2014, Ben and Danielle Marciano wanted to create a gym that would help bring people together, that would change lives, and that would strengthen our community. When people come into Zone, we want it to feel like a family setting. Our goal is that we are never intimidating, but that we are always accepting and encouraging to everyone. We want Zone to be a place where people can belong. We really are a gym where fitness becomes family!
