“I am blown away by the kindness the pharmacy staff showed me today. Saturday they close at 6, not 7, which I didn't think to check about before showing up. I walked up right at 6pm, and it would have been so easy and justifiable for the pharmacy to send me away but they were kind enough to do my quick pick up before leaving for the day! I get sick without my medication, and I was so worried because they close on Sundays so I would be without for 2 days (and it would have been completely my fault!) But the staff went truly above and beyond to make sure I was able to get my needed medication. Never have I received that level of care and customer service at any pharmacy. Thank you so much!

“I love Sams Club, but this Sam’s is horribly busy. To get gas there are dangerous lines out onto the street. Not only is the back street busy, but traffic overflows onto 200 and traffic in the right lane is stopped! The guy at the gas pumps is really very efficient, if the cars would follow his instruction. I go through the self checkout because I don’t want to load it, unload it, reload it, push it outside, unload it, drive home and unload it. Whew! The employees at Sam’s are always pleasant!”

“Arrived at Sam’s Automotive due to a tire issue. Was met by Brendon who was heaven sent. I’d just left the dealership where I was told a tire was separating. Knowing nothing about tires, Brendon was very patient I showing me the wear differences on the tires, how to tell the year, how much tread was left and I appreciated that he was concerned about my safety in driving with the tire but he wasn’t overbearing in trying to make a sale. He suggested several options, which I also appreciated. With me having very little knowledge about it all, I sincerely appreciated that he’s warm and personable. Sam’s definitely has a great team member in him. I left the dealership very uneasy and. It really knowing the next best move. Brendon provided reassurance which I’m thankful for! Excellent customer care and service!!!!”
“I mean I get big trucks need gas too but the large trucks with trailers or campers plus cars attached isn't working at this gestation. Not to mention the road congestion this parking lot causes. You are definitely gambling with your safety pulling in and out of the road or the gasstation areas”
