The staff here are friendly and professional. I've used them many times because they are fast and efficient as well. I was a little upset to arrive there and then be told I needed to have cash for the specific car insurance company they'd found. I should have been told this over the phone because I don't carry that much cash in me. I had to go out to an ATM and get the money. It was an inconvenience for me.

I've been paying over 80.00 a month for several years. Before that I paid 40 something a month and I'm assuming it was because I had an older vehicle? In any case, I'm old and never had an accident. I asked about roadside assistance and I don't have it. I moved to a different company and now pay half of that 80.00 and have roadside assistance. Just my opinion but, I've been robbed the last few years.And I BETTER get the rest of the money they owe me for paying on time this month.
