I've been to this place several times. They keep it pretty clean, and they seem to have adequate staff. The shelves are typically full and the quality is at least as good as your average Walmart. They have a good selection of food. The customer service counter never has much of a line. The reason for minus one star is that they are turning all their checkouts into self check out. I'm not shopping at your store so I can check my own self out. Get a little less cheap and pay some people to do the check out. I mean seriously, most of the people shopping in here are senior citizens and they don't need or want to be fooling around with the checkout machine. Other than that it's a great place.

Very poor service. 6 weeks to fill one of my RX, Drive- through woman was rude and snappy. Charged my insurance days before I was able to pick up the drug since they were out of stock for 6 weeks after getting the RX from my doctor.¹ drive through closed when I tried to pick up another rx today.

Today (April 20, 2023) I was in the Walmart Market and at about 2:16 pm I was a couple shopping with a dog in their grocery cart. Clearly this was NOT a Trained Service Dog. The dog was sitting in the top (basket) section of the cart. The dog was sitting on what appeared to be a piece of cardboard. I observed the couple push the cart with the dog through the Produce and Meat section of the store as well as several aisles.I stopped an associate and asked to speak with a Manager or someone in charge of that shift. A young man named Jim came from the back to talk with me. I told Jim about the dog and pointed the couple out to him. Jim stated he is not a Manager and is an hourly associate. He told me he would ask "someone" what he should do.Around 10-15 minutes past when I ran into Jim on another aisle. He stated that he had talked with three people (he did not-would not give me their names) and was told the dog in the cart was "OK".While Jim was trying to be helpful it appeared that no one working at the store was willing to step up and talk with the dog couple. It is very disappointing that Walmart would allow non-trained, non-service dogs in the store on carts where others will put food items and maybe even a baby/child.

Terrific grocery store with great prices! From well known brands to their own lines of items. Super clean, well stocked, and organized. Other than Publix this is a must place to shop at for food and freezer items.

Terrible customer service! They left me hanging all day with an issue with my prescription. Had my phone number but didn't call to let me know there was a problem.

I've been shopping at the store since it opened. In many ways it is good. I was encouraged by their policy that all employees need to wear face masks during the current pandemic. Last week, when I was in I, noticed all employees had masks but numerous were just gong through the motion. They had the mask on their chin, exposing their mouth and nose. I called the manager and explained my concerns. As a person in a high-risk group, I have a right to be worried. She assured me this situation would be addressed and she would make sure all employees wore the masks to cover their nose and mouth. Today, I returned for my weekly groceries and the numerous employees continue to wear the masks on their chin. If there is a mandate to make customers feel safe, then it should be enforced. Going through the motion is unacceptable. It makes me wonder how many other safety measures they only do half-way. As a nurse, I know masks save lives. I don't like them any better than anyone else, but I'm not going to take a chance with my health. I hear Costco (we have none in our area) won't even allow customers in the store if they aren't wearing masks.
