This review is for the pharmacy department. I am on a life sustaining prescription. I found out there was an issue with my insurance so they automatically stopped the auto renewal.
I called in to fix it and was told by a female worker that answered that auto renewal was restored and this script would be ready for pick up the next day.
No call received so I went in physically and spoke with the pharmacist. I explained the process and brought up that the worker outright lied to me on the phone because the problem still existed and the worker that helped me saw it immediately. So the worker on the phone did not put me back on auto renewal and did not place an order for today. That was impossible. She would have seen it immediately if actually attempting it.
I explained, I am on a life sustaining drug that I am out of and the worker lied to me instead of dealing with the issue and informing me so I can do my part and work out any issues. The pharmacist informed me, and I quote, "You need to understand that we are really over worked and have been informing them for awhile that we need help here and have gotten none."
Translation, if you are reading this. The pharmacy here is too busy to do the right thing, even if they know you need the medicine to sustain your life. In short, even if your life depends on it, they will help you if convenient and they have the time because head quarters is running them understaffed and this is perfectly okay with them that this medical neglect is passed onto you the customer.
Perhaps the people of Marion Oaks can help these poor people out by transferring their scripts to other businesses that have the time to take their medical concerns and necessities seriously. Your life, your risk, you were warned.

Total incompetence in the pharmacy. Would never again give them any prescriptions or any business for that matter. Beware.

Arrived at 9:55 to buy water (closes at 10). Denied entry by a rude female worker, even though I stated I just need to buy a bottle of water. Doors still open, she stood in my way blocking entry.

Some of the worst service I've seen at a pharmacy. Go elsewhere if you have covid because you will be waiting a hellish amount of time for medicine to be processed.

I'd give it zero stars if I could, I've been going there for 10 years and it has gotten worse, they are rude, and hang up on you, the email u only to tell you they didn't, I will drive out of my way before I go back there....

Rushed to your store. Go there 5 mins prior to Google closing time "10" and your paper store sign "10" for some lil boy too be standing there in the door saying "yeah, tonight we close at 9:55" while he's on his phone. I said I just need 1 thing, I'll pay with card and I'm gone. "Nope, we are closed" We'll the sign right here says 10 "not tonight". AS SOMEONE IS STILL INSIDE NOT EVEN CHECKED OUT YET. What did I need you wonder? Diapers, for my 8 month old. Did I make it to windixie before it closed? No. Did I have to drive 20 mins out the way to get some? Yes. Unacceptable. Not to mention the two other cars. Missed out on sales with that kid working. Bad buisness decisions
