One of the pharmacy staff became extremely rude and condescending to me stating that I had to wait for a prescription which is an anti anxiety (controlled medication) that was prescribed that day, she said "your doctor doesn't work at Walgreens and it doesn't matter what she says" I told her I know my doctor doesn't work at their pharmacy, I asked why she was talking to me in that manner and she hung up on me

Mary Ann and Steven are the best. I chose this location because I had to drive pass it on my way home. I had visited another Walgreens location on Mericamp Rd prior to stopping here and I wasn't offered much help. Steven and Mary Ann however we're very helpful from start to finish with smiles on their faces. I used the FedEx service and they both went above and beyond their scope of duty. They helped me to get the package shipping ready when they did not have to. In a world where people are selfish, self consumed or just nasty to others for no reason, this was a breath of fresh air. Thanks Steven and Mary Ann for helping me yesterday, I truly appreciate it. Kindness is still free, let's keep sharing it.

Absolute horrible experience with pharmacy tech Yadira. I have never been talked to with such disrespect and impatience in my life. Hope you weren’t expecting a raise anytime soon because you my dear are not a model employee. Do better in 2024. Don’t work customer service if you don’t like your job or having to talk with patients about something so simple as to “what medication was prescribed?”. Unprofessional. Shameful.

No one answers the phones in the pharmacy. This has happened time and time again. On hold for 25 minutes, then I am hung up on!

Poor pharmacy, my rxs were not ready due them basically being incompetent. But that’s okay.. I just called my doctor and had her send to Publix instead!There’s no reason my antibiotics should not have been ready in 3 hours. I actually used to work for cvs when I was 16. I’m 35 now and a nurse and I know for a fact it doesn’t take that long. Nor should I have to wait for a STAT medication

Horrible service and no resolution.1. Pharmacy did not tell me one of the med they didn’t have at all2. But they put it through the insurance anyway3. I told them I was going to cvs because it was urgent and patient just had surgery and needed medicine4 she never released the medication5. At waiting in CVS they couldn’t process it because Walgreens had processed the insurance.6 now I wasted 3hrs and still no resolution.Me and my family will never shop at Walgreens again

Pharmacy tech Kay was completely inappropriate and rude! He threatened to call the cops on me because he would not be quiet and let me tell him my kids mediction name, all he kept saying was we don't have a script for your son only you. Finally after asking to let me speak twice I told him to shut his mouth and let me tell him what my profile on walgreens says and what the text I got this morning said. He told me he was going to call the cops on me and trespass me from the property ? I said sir I will GLADLY call the cops for you because I've done nothing wrong. I've been coming to this Pharmacy for years and have never seen him so he's new but he is completely inappropriate and rude. I called and spoke to the store manager and she is supposed to be handling the situation and she was awesome and very kind and for some reason she didn't seem too surprised that she was getting a complaint about him. He also threw me meds in the drive through drawer, slammed it open and walked away. He never took payment or got my insurance info which has changed since the last time I had prescription ??♀️

This location puts Covid shots priority. So if you are already sick be prepared to wait. I was told they are to busy with covid injections to fill prescriptions. Absolutely absurd
