I would have to say this is a very unprofessional pharmacy as they are quite unorganized when it comes to even dealing with a single prescription. I have had times where they advise to come in an hour and half later. Only to be told when I arrive that there is an issue and I can't pick it up. So within that time frame, no one could have told me not to make the drive? So I learned my lesson on that one and called ahead the next time to verify that there was not going to be an issue this time. I was on hold for 10 minutes when finally someone picks up the phone and deliberately hangs it up. I chalked it up as a mistake and called back and was on hold for an extended period of time again. Yet again the phone was picked up I heard the employees talking and they hang it up again. Fortunately I'm not in dire need to have a serious question answered in relation to a prescription nor am I elderly to where I would need to verify before I make a long tiring drive there. It's disgusting that they handle business like this, even if they are "busy". They are typically full of excuses if they mess something up and they do not go out of their way to assist you than passing the blame.

Pharmacy put me on hold 3 times without speaking to me to finally tell me I have to wait an hour and a half for my prescription. They have already had the prescription for 2 days now

Understaff all the time! We went over 5 Walgreens for accurate passports pictures paring $18 and none of them work!!!! They change the saturation, some Walgreens didn’t have the background for the pics, other one the camperas weren’t working, others take us more than 45 min to get an employee to take the pictures, other cut out heads or zoom in too much NONE of the pictures that take works for the passport people.

Why is the pharmacy closed when the hours Day open until 10? Why is the world is it taking an hour to find out if my sons medication for his stomach flu filled? Sad day we live in for sure.

The employees are very polite and friendly, but that’s if you can find one. They either have 5 employees standing around chatting because they got all the stocking and cleaning done, or one employee working and they’re at the cash register up front when you need help in the back, or they’re helping someone in the back when you’re ready to check out up front. The store is decently clean, but far from spotless.All in all, this place is adequate. Not terrible, but not amazing.

It seems like there's a Walgreens on every block on Rt200. It seemed weird how many are competing with themselves. I guess the residents needs may justify the amount of stores.We only stopped in for a couple of items. So this wasn't an actual pharmacy stop. I waited in the car while the wife went in. I looked around the parking lot and it seemed dirty with trash and such. But it might have just been a bad day for that. According to the wife, it did take a while to get checked out, and was fairly expensive .Again this was a one time stop and maybe just a bad time for this Walgreens. Maybe they deserve more stars, maybe less. But I only had this one impression to go by.

This pharmacy is the absolute worst. I would NOT go here to get tested for covid. The staff at the pharmacy is rude and incompetent. They messed up our testing twice. Not once but TWICE. They were not apologetic at all and kept trying to blame THEIR mistakes on me, the customer. Absolutely terrible service during a time when people need empathy and good service most.

Went to this Walgreens on 11/25/20 was getting the Cottenelle that was on sale for2/ $16 or 1 for $9.99 which is a big price point, there was a sign that said limit one. Normally when it says that it is one because you are paying one price for the 2. The cashier said we could only get one. I asked for the manager and my husband was talking to her. The point here is that she refused to honor the sale price that was in the paper or to take the sign down stating 2/$16 she said she couldn’t do either, that is just wrong.

The pharmacy here at place is a nightmare ?. Was called two weeks ago that prescription was ready for pickup and when I showed up to pickup my prescription was told to come back Thursday came back prescription still not available. Prescription was not filled until Sunday two weeks later and they lost one of my scripts so I was only able to pickup one prescription. They give my doctor a hard time when they call my prescription in another take forever to get them ready.

I'm giving this store three stars bc the store itself is great. However, there seems to be a staffing issue. I don't know if there is a staffing issue with Walgreens cooperate or what, but the pharmacy is always busy too busy for the staff to handle. You can never get an answer on the phone, there is always a long wait. Walgreens needs to do better by their customers and their staff.
