Highly unsatisfied with pharmacy service. This is the 3rd incident while using this pharmacy. I don’t get routine reminder refill calls so I called the pharmacy in the early afternoon to verify my prescription wasn’t on back order and would be filled without any issues that would require me to call my doctors office like the previous month. The associate I spoke with ensured she could see the prescription in the system and the medication was in stock and I would have no problem picking it up later in the evening. When I arrived at the pharmacy at 7:30 PM I was informed that the prescription was not filled and couldn’t be filled due to being on back order. The pharmacy associate also informed me that the matter was out of her hands due to calls being routed through a call center and not having access to updated system information.

Excellent staff in the pharmacy & remember they are doing all that they have been assigned to with Alot less staff. Trust me I've had issues & then had to remember this world is working on 1/2 goodness & staff. I was a nurse for 43+years & I had retired & then the Covid hit hard, people didn't want to work! Need I say more, the ones that had to work & did work worked as hard as they could because they needed the money,putting up w/ our impatient sick selves,needing medicine, listening & their people like us trying to make it as well. So Just Breathe, their are others having more Stuff, Just a thought -stuff is alot & usually not shared. Ty

Picking up a rx is a nightmare. At drive thru, Im told there is no rx waiting, nor has one been called in. This is after I have received a text telling me its ready for pick up. I text customer svc and yes they can see its there. I called the pharm back…finally got a person after being on hold for15 min. Yep, its been there since yesterday. Every single time!!!

I went to Walgreens in 3500 SE MARICAMP RD, OCALA to do a Covid Test. I had an appointment at 4:15pm but when I got there I waited in line for 25 minutes. When it was my turn, the employee in the drive-thru told me that I cannot do the test because I got there late. But I explained to him that I was in line for a long time, so he allowed me to do the test. Once I finished swabbing my nose, the Manager, John, began yelling at the employee and at me. He told me that he going to discard the swab because I got there late and that it was impossible for me to be in the line for that long. I explained to him that I was in line waiting for my turn but he continued shouting at me and telling me that he was going to through away the swab that I had already inserted in my nose, to the trash. He spoke to me like I was a nobody . Not once did he speak properly to me, he was only yelling at me so I asked him why he was treating me that way but he was so mad that he continued yelling and repeating that he was going to discard everything because I got there late.He was very arrogant. Why would he throw away the swab and discard my covid test after the employee had me start it? He needs more training, he needs to learn what it is like to be a manager. He's making this Walgreens location disastrous for the employees and for the clients.

Went inside and saw people in line cursing about their treatment from here. I gave them the benefit of the doubt maybe it was bad day. I was completely wrong. I’m on medication I can’t miss unfortunately and I tried calling three times. I was put on hold then immediately hung up. So I thought phones glitched. No, 3rd time, put on hold so long it started ringing a again for 2 whole minutes and then a girl picked up the phone and said no and hung up. I didn’t get a chance to say hello.

Went to this location for passport photos. Wife and I was told by the county clerk that the pictures were too big and looked like they were altered so they rejected them. Went back and had the pictures retaken. Back to the clerk and no good for my wife and mine was passable. My wife's looked altered, hers was rejected. Wound up going to a different Walgreens over by Heathbrook. Clerk rejected again on hers. Decided to go to Jerry's Archery shop and photos were done within minutes and they were accepted by the clerk. Everyone was pleasant and understanding trying to fix the errors at Walgreens but they didn't get it right. Think they need more training or something about what is required for passports. Jerry's was very informed about what was needed and explained that altering the photo and background is not acceptable and frequently gets people in from other places for redoing photos.

The sleep masks are designed for non-whites. Unless you have a clown nose, these products are useless.
