The cashier behind the registry, and the manager, who is again are very unprofessional. Specially, the lady behind the counter. She is very rude and doesn’t treat customer as customer did talk to the customer behind and I caught them. They’re very unprofessional not nice at all they will make you feel you’re not welcome or allowed to buy anything from them. If you buy more than three other items, they think you are a seller, they will tell you or stop you which I understand. However, if they will talk about you even you’re just there inside a store it’s not something professional. They should be trained how to treat customer or to not bring gossip at work specially, that lady behind the counter, stingy unprofessional she doesn’t know how to smile she doesn’t know how to greet people she just look at me like I am going to steal something from her. I don’t know why the stores letting her work like that. i’m hoping that the management or d*** head of Walgreens would see my review and investigate the attitude of their employee. I’m never going to go to this Walgreens again because I am one step of reporting you to the corporate. I just can’t believe that the manager will stand there as well and tolerate, the ladies attitude towards the customer it’s very unprofessional . Time stamp 5/9/23 before the site closes

The pharmacy is a joke. They don't bother calling you if your prescription is on backorder or insurance needs to updated. One member of the staff clearly doesn't want to work there and passes her bad decisions in life on to you as well. Walgreens can go under for all I care.

Drove 1/2 hour out of my way to get covid tesing. Im feeling absolutely horrible and the "nurse?", giving instructions for the test was very rude and zero compassion. I couldn't hear her as I couldn't drive there, Im in the passenger seat. My body pains are that bad. I misunderstood her instructions bc I couldn't hear her and she became very snotty and rude. Im sick as hell I ended up giving her the same energy back. Other days I can hold it together. Go somewhere else for testing. People that actually like their job. Hope lady realizes Karma is real

Every time I come into this Walgreens they are so rude! If you want to put more than $100 on your cash app card you have to get approved by a manager and the person behind the counter always has an attitude about it, and today I found out I have to show my ID which is not a problem but I've never had to show my ID before so I walked out because I'm not going to be talked to you like that by somebody who has an attitude because I'm putting more money on my card then they're allowed to do without a manager I will not be back at this Walgreens

These people are the most idiotic, moronic bunch of cretins. Nothing is ever done correctly. They send emails that provide incorrect information when call to confirm. They are constantly out of stock. Worst pharmacy, at this location. Walgreens in any other city is stellar. How this location is not closed down or staff fired, I don't know.

The Pharmacy Tech, Alicia, was Quite RUDE?????? The Tech that gave me my 1st. Covid-19 shot was pretty nice. The other Store employees were very helpful, friendly, cordial, and quite pleasant.

Tried to Pickup meds, waiting in line for a while. Cashier (short blonde hair with black rim glasses ) she kept talking to the customer just chit-chatting those two needed to go out for a cup of coffee because it wasn't nothing to do with the pharmacy conversation and I waited and waited so I just left out of town needed my medicine so the customer service is really bad and she needs to do her job and stop talking never again keep my pills have a good day

There drive through pharmacy is horrible. Waited in line for over 40 min to get my prescriptions, and was told the reason was because there doing drive through Covid test? The most in convenient thing I have ever heard of why not come out to peoples car like everybody else! Poor poor customer service!
