Long time customer, but when you schedule service, their salespeople, Christian in this case, start phoning you to Sell you a new car. Then it appears they sell your email account to car warranty and other companies since those emails start arriving the next day. When you arrive and are obviously awaiting the repair, you are again acosted by Christian, salespeople and buyers. Then they phone you and email you repeatedly for several days. Very sad. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. More like Carnies.

We were on a family roadtrip and ran into some unexpected maintenance needs. I called the nearest VW dealership (this one), and talked to an amazing person named Jodi who was so helpful in the process and connected me with Tyler in service, who oversaw everything from start to finish. I'm super grateful for their kindness and diligence to get us back on the road to Tennessee. Would rate them higher than 5 stars if I could! Thanks again to Jodi and Tyler and the amazing team – including the tech Carlos who worked on our vehicle. If I was a local, they'd have my business for life.

This is the most deceptive dealership in Ocala. They have poor communication and withhold pertinent information in regards to the vehicle they have for sale. They tried to sell me a recalled vehicle at market value knowing the vehicle was a danger. Shawn with them is the worst of all to work with.
