I've been with Verizon for 15 years.. when I started there was an amazing gentleman named wess that worked at that store he is now in jacksonville.. I went over to the store last week and was treated very poorly.. the gentleman acted like he was being bothered when I tried to buy 2 brand new phones.. so I told him what I wanted he brought them out not taking his hands off of them for me to even look at and asked me if I was sure that's what I wanted I said yes I figured because I had just gotten off work and was slightly dirty, he thought I couldnt... when he looked up the account did all the paper work I looked at him after quite a few sly remarks he made I said I believe I'll pass got up and walked out and went to another store.. very rude gentleman..
