Biggest joke ever. Waited an hour with an appointment. This was all after not being able to effectively get help from Verizon support and transfer services via phone for 4 weeks straight of calling. What are they there for? To just sell
Phones? You can do that on the Verizon website. Employees serving zero purpose.

This Verizon store was disappointing. Leslie (i believer her name was) was able to assist with calling cooperate so that I could be also co-manager of our accounts. However I needed to set up my new iPhone 14 (which 2 Verizon stores couldn’t help and sent me to this one) I was offered to upgrade to iPhone 15 , even though I just bought the iPhone 14 which was why I was there trying to set it up because the prior Verizon stores couldn’t. This store was not helpful and very rude. I’ve been a customer for more than 20 years and after this experience I was ready to change phone companies. I don’t intend to go back there again.

HAD TO GO to this corporate to active my husband's phone ' s sim car'.I was waiting almost an hour for an agent .
The agent supposed "ACTIVETED THE SIM CARD "
ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS THIS AGENT NEVER ACTIVE THE SIM CAR , I had to go to another Verizon cellular sales and the AGENT EITHER DID NOT ACTIVE THE SIM CAR , the agent just told me call 611 and they will active the sim car .WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AT MOBILE SERVICE!!!!

Can’t call the store. Absolutely ridiculous. Wanted to get 3 new phones and open a new account but since I can’t speak to a human from the store I’ll go to Tmobile thanks.

I returned a phone to this store and was directed to Jessica. It was a new phone and explained that it was very uncomfortable in a case and with large hands, they were tripping over the large lip of the case and felt this phone was not for me. She informed me that there were several cases that I could look at, but all cases were the same in that way. My objective being at the store was hoping someone could possibly help me out with a more comfortable phone as mine was 5 yrs old.
Then problems started, miscommunication. I simply could not get a straight answer, no proper responce. She asked me why I asked several times, I then realized that I was dealing with a uncommunicative person. I finally asked for my old device to be re-activated and turned out to be a 50 minute ordeal with the inability to explain.
I'm sure this store is well managed and hope Jessica continues and works on her communication skills as a Verizon representative and maybe some day I will get help finding a comfortable phone.

Giving 5 stars for Hayley and Larry's support. Plus the rest of the staff for their added support as well. Verizon has been a pain the last week and created a big mess of my account all on their telephone customer support service and (separate times) Hayley and Larry stepped in and helped to the best of their ability. I wouldn't have had a better experience over the phone. I want to truly show my appreciation for both specialists. They were professional, kind and showed the kind of customer service that should be provided by phone as well. So again,THANK YOU Hayley and Larry.
