Jasmine was above and beyond so knowledgeable, patient, courteous and so helpful. I gave Ben going to this Verizon location since it was here and have never been out so quickly with my problems taken care of. She was awesome!!

Everytime I go to this particular store it is a hassle. Customer service is poor, I never get any service or repairs due to customer service. I have tried some many different times to utilize this location, but end result is I will never go to this location again

The store is full of customer and they have four of the staff hanging damn signage. You would think they could do this before the store opens or want until the store doesn't have alot of customers. Poor way to run a business!!

I didn't have a long wait. I was starting service with Verizon. A sales associate was almost immediately available. I did see others waiting, but I am not certain what they were there to do.
