Why did my package from South Florida, just get sent to Leesburg GA after it was sent this post office? This package had already been misdirected by Ybor Distribution Center to Jackson, MS! Now I'm getting the dreaded "Moving Through Network, In Transit to Next Facility" message!
Also, I have one carrier who does great, she is very timely and accurate. The other, he is always well after the Informed Delivery scheduled time and I don't receive half of my mail. I get the junk mail, but I don't get the important documents! He often puts my mail in the box of the house on his route before mine!

It is impossible to speak to a live person. I called my local post office and after listening to a 2 minute irrelevant taped message, the system transferred me to the national help desk. After listening to a 3 minute irrelevant taped message, I was told I had at least a 15 minute wait to speak to an agent. The system then terminated the call. The post office is staffed from the top down by overpaid people with extravagant benefits who care little about customer service. One person's opinion.

We have had a ton of mail ripped into or the corners of mail ripped into. I suspect someone is trying to look for gift cards. I’m home over 90% of the time when the mail comes. The mail recently started coming at almost 7pm, when just two months ago it was coming around 230-3.

I just moved into my new home and they will not deliver my packages bc I haven't put up my mailbox yet but the worst thing is that these packages will not fit in my mailbox bc they are furniture this such an inconvenience smh

I had a great experience sending out a certified letter to the IRS. Rose was so patient, kind, and helpful! She was the only agent up front helping people and she did her job efficiently and with a friendly demeanor. I was scared to use this office with all the bad reviews, but my experience was pleasant and there was little to no wait time.

It’s now been multiple times that we’ve had a birthday or a Xmas card being opened when we received it missing the gift card that was sent with it. The first couple times I ignored it, but this is now the third occasion I’ve received a card and can tell it’s been tampered with. I’ll be contacting the post office as well but wanted to make everyone aware so they can check their cards that are coming in.

No stars!!! For one this place looks abandoned .. complete eye sore!!! Driver's should not have to tare my lawn up I live on a cul-de-sac turn the steering wheel I have worked hard to keep my property and lawn looking beautiful no reason I should have a tore up tracks across it

I had a registered letter arrive while I was at work last Friday. Since it had to be signed for they left a ticket in my mailbox. On the ticket it gave options so I chose to go online and have it redelivered for yesterday. I received confirmation text that it would be delivered no later than 8pm last night. I eventook a vacation day from work and waited all day yesterday and had to call last night to turn it in for non delivery. What a wasted day!?

I strongly, strongly dislike this place. My carrier loves to give me other peoples mail, deliver my mail to other places, including packages, and someone seems to have ran into my mailbox and driven off recently. I wonder who. The manager is a real sweet guy when you politely bring him issues too.

Not sure what the problem has been lately at this location. 3 misplaced packages in 2 weeks. Tracking shows on 2 they were delivered at mailbox. Just NOT my mailbox!! 1st one I never got (even though it showed delivered) so had to get replacement shipped. 2nd one mail carrier put our reg mail in our box but put the package in my neighbors mailbox - I can only assume because it wouldn't fit into ours and she didn't want to have to pull up to house to deliver it! No telling whose mailbox the 1st package was placed in). Now my 3rd package shows "out for delivery", then "ready for delivery", & now, for the past 2 days it shows "anticipated delivery next business day!" 10 days after it was shipped and it is still not delivered!! And don't try and call them. The phone rings and rings and rings and then finally goes to a busy signal before disconnecting you. I have tried calling multiple times in a row with never an answer. Not to also mention our mail was delivered when we had a mail hold, or how our carrier seems to have an issue with closing our mailbox lid (which soaks our mail when it's raining). Or how we have had several pieces of mail (some important documents) never arrive, even though it shows it's being delivered (Informative Delivery email updates). I know it's hard to find good help, but this is getting ridiculous!

Man I spoke to this morning was so incredibly rude. He was passive aggressive and nasty. Came in this morning and waited to return a package. Over heard an employee yelling explicit words and repeated F Bombs over printers not being ordered. I understand that can be frustrating to not have what you need to do your job but don't take it out on customers. He let me know very curtly he couldn't print my label. Drove to ups they printed me a label. Went back to usps where he had a huge attitude over my package being ripped and when I asked if it could be taped up just a bit better he told me "no that's MY tape" "you can buy your own tape to do that". Happy to do so. Used the whole dang roll to tape and package it up just to take a minute to breathe and not have an anxiety attack to deal with this man. He took more time looking at my ripped package and being unkind about it not being repackaged and grumbling about the lithium batteries in it than he took to be helpful. Instead of be nasty he could have just said hey I can't do this but here is an option, sorry for the inconvenience. I haven't used usps in at least 10 years to send anything . I'm used to using ups. They take ripped packages and re box it with no problems and no attitude. so I didnt think twice about being different at UsPs. Thanks to this man I'll avoid usps at all costs from now on, that's clearly what he wants, to not have to deal with the public. I would give this place 0 stars if possible.

I almost avoided this post office because of the reviews. Since I was nearby I went anyway, my associate was Bill. He was prompt, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable, the building was clean and well stocked..I don't understand why this PO receives bad reviews...

It’s crazy how mail carriers up north walk miles through the snow or rain on foot to deliver mail and here in Ocala the mail carriers leave you a note saying if you don’t raise your mail box 3 inches you won’t receive mail anymore. Mailbox has been there for like ten years and never been a problem SMH
