Took the day off to get my package checked right after it was marked delivered and it was not in my mailbox!!!!! Disappointed took the day off to get my package and it's not there !!!!! Why would it be marked delivered and it not be in my mailbox!!!!

I’ve been waiting 3 days for me packages to be delivered. But my street is being reconstructed, and instead of the mail carrier going around to enter the other way. They just delivered no access!!! And it’s pissing me off. Because I urgently need my packages

This post office on Maricamp is by far the most incompetent, irresponsible and undependable I’ve dealt with all my life. In the 1 year I’ve lived here they have lost my mail and packages on several occasions. My neighbors are also experiencing the same terrible service. Even going over there in person and speaking to a manage doesn’t change anything. Today I spoke to the manager he promised to check the mail boxes and call me. They always put mail in the wrong box. He never called me. Despite me going to post office twice. I also spoke to the carrier and asked him to check he told me he was running behind and couldn’t help. I’m going to contact the post office on a Federal level this is ridiculous.

This place is a joke! I’m so upset. I lost my key for my mailbox and they told me it will take 7-10 business days and $30 to change it. But here I am 14+ plus still waiting for them to change it! Meanwhile I haven’t been able to received mail for 14 days. I tried calling them literally everyday more than 10 times and they never pick up. I had to personally come here 2 times asking what’s going on and every time they game a different excuse. The ladies are super nice but this is not acceptable. I have bills to pay and belongings that I need! Do better!!!!

I have gotten notices about my package that had been delivered only not to my house. My husbands W2 was supposed to be delivered on Friday the 31st according to my notice from USPS email. Well that never came. Plus the mail- PERSON delivered NOT one but two packages that said they were delivered but I never received them. I also checked my ring camera only to notice that the mail person did not even come by yesterday the 31st. I going to have to contact the Post Master Generals Office maybe to get answers.

If I could give my mail carrier zero stars I would !! Why does the mail for Water Trak get delivered later and later every day ? Why was there 2 trips made to my house tonight? One to deliver a package that I specifically asked to be delivered to my front door but was left in the mailbox instead and then an hour later my actual mail was delivered. No wonder the postal service is going broke !!!
