Plan on waiting in a long line. No matter when you come. There is always a long line. Plus the self-serve machine has been broken for a couple of months and no restroom. So go before you get here.

This is strictly regarding the self service kiosk- poorly managed!!!!I went to the post office TWICE last week- the first time it was not able to print any labels. The second time couldn’t purchase shipping or stamps.I go today (12/10) and you cannot purchase stamps or shipping labels again. What is the purpose of being there?! Doesn’t full work during standard operating hours and doesn’t work on the 24 hour lobby hours. Very disappointing and at this point.., it’s expected.

This is a large post office. But it also seems to get a lot of customers. I only have gone into this post office one time so far. As such, this is my first impression.I made the mistake of holding off mailing a small package until after Thanksgiving (my bad). As such, the holiday rush was on. Other reviews stated that this post office is always busy with a line. Obviously, my visit was no exception. But I will again point out that I went mid morning at the beginning of the holiday rush. So it may have been busier than normal by my putting off a simple visit the week before.While in a line that strung out of the store section, past the lobby doors, I had a long wait. Being in this line I noticed that a person in a wheel chair needed help to get inside. As I held the door, I looked around and noticed there are no automatic door openers available, as such, it is more difficult for the handicapped of many types, to enter and exit the premises. This would be a nice upgrade for the postal service to make to rectify the situation.Then when I finally advanced in line to the store entrance, I noticed that one of the two doors is not useable. As such, everyone entering and exiting the store had to go through one door.This was worse because of the long line and constant customers standing at said door awaiting to enter. I stood away from the door the try to alleviate the issue if for only my time standing outside the door looking in.Once inside, it was also a traffic jam with folks waiting in line, with the folks that competed their transactions wanting to leave. But the exit door is locked and not useable. So every person wanting to exit the store, must now cross through the line of folks finally getting into the store, then cross yet again to be able exit through the "in" door (that has more folks waiting in line to get into the store).The postal employees seemed surpriedly upbeat and were making the best of an extremely less than optimum situation. They obviously need more help, even though there were up to four people assisting customers at different times while I was in line and could see. So give them a break when you finally get to the window. I would not want to deal with the high traffic, high pressure holiday rush of constant people (with a lot of folks having attitudes).My wait between arrival and departure (including my two minutes to mail my package), was approximately an hour. Not quite, but pretty close to it. Once again, I will point out that this wait time was probably far worse than normal, with it being Cyber Monday, instead of a week or more earlier. So part of this situation was probably self inflicted with poor planning on my part.Parking at this post office is quite good, as is the entrance and exit to SW 60th Ave. As such, this is a pretty nice post office. Although it definitely could use some improvements, repairs or upgrades. Whatever you want to call it.

Wish I could give a worse review. Postal delivery person is extremely lazy. Refuses to deliver to my perfectly fine mailbox. Would never have this issue with Amazon, FedEx or UPS. It's a joke we are forced to use this pathetic service.

I have called about 15 times 2 of those times my call was picked up and hung up. My mailbox key was stolen all I need to know is how to get a new one. I have no car so I'd like the information before I walk the hour walk to just need something first.

Don’t scan mailThere up to the same irresponsible plots again my customers are waiting for there merchandise and these LAZY postal workers don’t scan the packages until days later if at all terrible terrible service but they have no problem raising there rates

This is about the worst post office I've been to!! Even smaller post offices provide a better service. You come at noon, and there's only one or two clerks, and one of them is assisting with passports. One day, a lady just cut the line and went straight to one of the clerks just because she had something to pick up. I, along with everyone else standing and waiting on line for a while, protested, to no avail. I even requested to speak with a manager or someone in charge, and there was no one available. The guy ignored my complain about how disrespectful it was to take care of that lady after she cut the line, and all he did was to smirk. I was furious! This place SUCKS!

Today May 30th. I watched the letter carrier deliver my mail. She's had my route before. She drives poorly. Driving over the curb. And today I received a small package. I watched her trying to fit the package into the mailbox. She pushed it a few times and then she actually used her fist to punch the package. She made it fit. I'm thankful my merchandise wasn't harmed. I would have preferred that she put it on my front porch

Went there today, got there early based on reviews about them being busy, which is very true. They had 3 people working. With that said, the lady we worked with Kathy was in a great mood. She was smiling, very friendly, and super helpful. I had to send packages out and get a PO Box. She walked us through the whole process, was patient, and explained everything pertaining to the use of our box. As we had to fill out paperwork, Kathy was friendly to other people she helped as well. She definitely made our experience comfortable and welcoming.

So rude. Why??? The service worker acted as if he was talking to a mentally challenged individual. Made me feel embarrassed. He was super loud and made me feel like he didn't want to wait on me. Never going back there.
