In the area where I live, the route does not have a regular postman. Every day a different postman comes. They never leave the letters in the mailbox because they say they can't find the house, so sometimes they return the letters back. The fact is that sometimes a week has passed. and I don't receive mail and I have to go to the post office to get the mail I file a complaint at the United States Post Office everything goes well for a week two weeks and two weeks later we return with the same problem Conclusion the service of the mail carriers It's terrible.

Mailed an envelope in their exterior post office box in mid-April and it just arrived in Indianapolis, 2 months later!

MGMT issue. 6 stations with a couple people working at most. They never seem to allow for busy periods. Always friendly, but I'd prefer grumpy and STAFFED! 3 stars because my local (Larger) P.O. in Texas was far worse.

After thinking about my experiences at the post office, they probably have a lot to deal with, one being not enough help. The USPS don't want to to hire more help, so the workers are stuck carrying the load, they probably downsized!!!!!

I have visited this office many times, and the people who have assisted me are very friendly, helpful, and professional. They always strive to help you within the rules and limits of each transaction. In my opinion, Ocala is developing, which leads to a significant increase in customers for USPS. When I use their services, I always consider the time of my visit to avoid long lines or prepare to wait, appreciating the wonderful employees who, like you and me, got up to go to work and provide the best service they can.
If you are retired, what a blessing to have more free time to do other things and appreciate the details of life. Now, distinguished USPS customer, I want to tell you that the process of announcing a position, selecting candidates who meet the employment requirements, and the training process takes at least six months to complete before seeing a new face at a USPS establishment. Let’s be more mindful of what we are experiencing today and choose a day from Monday to Saturday that is most convenient and effective for you. Choose your battles wisely and be happy.

I would give them zero stars if I could. My package was an hour away from my house. It got shipped from New Jersey ended up in Jacksonville. Then they mistakenly sent it to Puerto Rico and now they’re having a hard time getting it back waited on the phone for over 30 MINUTES. For some very rude lady to not even say hello or anything just straight to nasty and saying can’t do anything because the computer is down. I understand it’s down, but there’s no reason you need to have a nasty attitude with me. Now they don’t know when they can get my package back. Honestly, horrible customer service won’t not come to this post office.

The worst post office I have ever been to and the first time I have left a negative review. Insane lines. Not enough help. There was a self service kiosk but the place to then drop the package was locked shut and the outdoor box was only for letters. The actual postal workers seemed nice but you would need to have hours to waste to use this post office

This place is horrendous. The amount of packages they marked delivered but actually delivered to the wrong address is astounding. I really don't mean to be rude but either they've recently hired a large number of people who are illiterate or maybe they have dyslexia. Whichever the case it causes great frustration for the recipient. There is no reason why I have to drive around searching for any packages that was supposed to be delivered to me. Then to add insult to injury you have to spend an hour on the phone fighting with an automated voice just to get to a representative because God forbid they make it easy. Then not only do they make you wait endless of days while they "look into it" they offer lousy condolences just to do the same the next day...The price of everything is skyhigh. When I spend the little I do make on items for my son. I want the item to come to the correct address don't send me tracking information of you delivering my items on the other side of the city

If I could give less than one star I would. I moved to Ocala (34476) from West Palm Beach. In the 25 year I lived there I never had any mail go missing. Since I’ve lived here (34476) I’ve filed service request for 16 packages. They located none of them. I’ve escalated every one and the post office said they lost them. I’ve started insuring all my packages and it hasn’t helped. This area needs help. Everyone PLEASE, write the Post Master General. If enough of us complain maybe they will get us a new Postmaster at the Paddock Post Office.
