You pay $30 for 2 day mail takes a week so why charge me $30 if its not there in 2 days.. also tracking #s never updated like supposed to maiil carrier for my area damages mail and packages all the time and my mail box is huge they loose so much mail..they need to strt refunding $30 express if you can have it somewhere in 2 days as say....

This location states passport services are available, in stood in line for over a half hr to be told they're understaffed and cannot take my passport photo. Told me needed to make an appt and when I showed her there's nothing to select online for this location she referred me to the paddock mall location. Also referred me to Walgreens to get my photo done. Still needed to wait back in line to have it all sent out.

Waited an hour in a line to be told They cant print a label for me because it would take too much time. One clerk took 45 minutes with one person and this lady took 25 mins with each person while another lady was getting people out left and right. But this lady claims printing out a label thats paid for would “take too long”

Terrible service here and of course not enough workers to handle the customers who come through. Today my husband was told the package was at the post office and after standing in line (24 in front of him) they tell him it must be on the delivery truck. Why wasn’t it delivered Friday or Saturday when it was supposed to be????

Extremely rude older white lady who lacks communication skills refused to assist with updating address change or answering questions when USPS required additional information in person. When she misunderstood my questions about verifying new mailing address and why mail was still being delivered to an old address, she refused to look up the new address, and projected anger and a general unwillingness to assist. She was combative from the moment she called me to her booth. Her last words were spent telling me off with a smile, rather than giving this customer directions.
Management should keep a closer eye on their staff.

I Moved to new construction apartments they have been opened for 3 months and have yet to deliver mail to my property. Also instead of holding my mail they send it back, which has caused me to miss very important documents that I’ve been needing for a month.. I’ve always lived in new construction apartments and I’ve never had this issue. On top of that to collect the mail that they don’t send back it’s take 45 min just to get through the line. Judging by the massive amount of one star reviews they don’t care, and are not willing to help anyone. This branch needs new employees who are actually willing to help people instead of feeding everyone a load of excuses on why no one at my community has not received mail yet.

If I could give a negative score I would. Every Dang time they switch route drivers, and I order a package they send it to the wrong frikkin address. What are you guys doing? There's normally a Puerto Rican guy in a van that delivers my mail and he's always on point. Every other time the white van pulls up I already know I'm going to be missing mail. The icing on the cake is when you call USPS nobody answers the phone. I don't know if you guys realize how infuriating that can be when it's not a one-time occurrence. Get it together!

Multiple packages lost at this location. Stopped by and asked about the package not moving after being scanned and was told to call 800 number. After 2 weeks of no movement it was miraculously found at this same location and sent out only after I opened a complaint with the 800 number. This priority mail package took one month to deliver due to their negligence.

Not enough worker here for the influx of people coming in for services I rather be in the DMV. At lease one point only one warker was doing it all now 3 are in the front desk and moving a bit better but not that much.

The carrier deliver package maybe in the wrong house because appear delivery to my address but nothing is in my mailbox I call the usps customer service and the computer no let me talk to a person the customer service of usps is a crab you pay for a service and after that they don’t care
