Who is in charge here? Why do you let people line up at the window for parcel pick up and just watch them standing there instead of telling them they are wasting their time and to get in line. Get it together! I’m closing my PO Box. It’s 3 day before Christmas. Be better prepared next year

As a company you’d think you’d want to get packages out as soon as possible but my package has been sitting in your distribution center since the 8th of December and it is now the 11th and hasn’t even been accepted I think a call to the Better business bureau is In place with this cause the waiting game isn’t something you do around Christmas time

Terrible Customer Service!!! Avoid coming here if at all possible! I have visited this location countless times to try and fix problems involving simply having access to my mail box since moving. They have given me the run around each time. I've had responses from postal counter service workers such as "You will figure it out on your own" and "Just look at it and figure it out". When I requested to speak to any kind of supervisor on site- The woman told me that he was too busy at this time of day (right when they opened at 8:10am) and more than likely would not come out to speak to me. Her demeanor was rude and dismissive. When I told her I'd wait to speak to someone- I waited over an hour in the lobby with no one even asking me what was wrong.I have not had access to my new mailbox for over 2 months now since moving. This is absolutely outrageous and especially at Christmas time which is when we expect cards from family..Furthermore even before I moved, I put a hold on my mail with them and they haven't been holding it for me evidently. When I went to retrieve it they said "there's nothing back there (I knew I had received mail since I am signed up to receive emails from the USPS Informed Delivery)-- and why don't you just use your old key to get into your old mailbox and check to make sure your mail isn't in there". Checking a mail box that is no longer yours is literally a federal offense! They also told me to just keep the old keys and they didn't want them back in case I needed to check my old mailing address box again even if there was a new resident at my old apartment.I'm absolutely flabbergasted and will be following up with a formal complaint to the post master general at this point.

This was the second post office I stopped at today (12/10) only to find their kiosk isn’t fully operating either. Unsure why they advertise to offer this service when the machines are rarely working. You could not buy stamps or postage. Very disappointing.

Pure laziness of the drivers! I have been sitting home all day waiting for a package that I desperately need and they drove up to my mail box and put the “sorry we missed you” letter in my mailbox. I even put a note on my door saying “ring doorbell” because apparently people can’t see my door bell! And they didn’t even bother getting out of their truck!!!!!!!!! Unacceptable and pure laziness!!!!

Needed an important letter sent to Leesburg so I had it certified at the Ocala office. It got sent to Jacksonville and Orlando before arriving 30 mins away at the correct office in Leesburg. Took 5 days when we are 30 minutes away! I guess to habe things done I should have just driven to Leesburg and hope they also didnt lose the letter. Terrible service and experience.

Excellent attention, it is true that sometimes the line of people is long and we can be there for several minutes, but in my experience the service has been great.

Why the heck can’t you transport a money order from Ocala, FL to Tallahassee, FL (a distance of less than 200 miles) in less than 48 hours? Even when I’ve paid $28 for priority express?? The sooner that DeJoy can gut the organization, the better. I hope you all lose your jobs and have to sell your plasma to pay for ramen :(

Attempted to change my address online but received a rejection (after being charged the fee) and was told to go into a post office. Visited a post office and attempted to make the change. It didn’t work. Returned with my husband so we could change it for the whole household. When we finally made it through the line, we were handed two forms (worker never looked up) and told to fill them out and put them in a receiver. We tried to explained that we needed a person because it’s been rejected twice. She didn’t care. Shocker…it didn’t work again and we received a letter telling us to go in to the post office and show proof of identification and address. I visited yet again and waited in a line that went all the way to the door while watching two different people skip the line and walk up to one of the two people working. Finally got called up and tried to explain but was handed yet another form. I tried to say that I’ve already filled it out when a supervisor said, “If she refuses to fill it out, she will have to wait for the letter with the barcode.” What?!? Supervisor was extremely rude and dismissive. They said they couldn’t do anything with the letter I received that said to go in because I needed to wait for the letter with the barcode to arrive. Again, what?!? So I filled out yet another change of address and she checked my DL which literally has the correct address on it. I asked if it was fixed now and she said, we won’t know until you either get mail or get the barcode letter telling you it was rejected again. Seriously, what?!? I asked if I could get my held mail and was told no. I’d have to wait until the hold is released. I asked what I’m supposed to do about bills or important mail and was told, “Sorry, it’s a new system so you just have to wait.” She JUST verified my identification and still told me I couldn’t have my mail. Meanwhile, at least 2 other families were dealing with the same nightmare. It’s not like we have options so I guess customer service or just plain service isn’t something we can expect.

Mail delivery has gotten so sporadic!! On Tuesday expected delivery was not left because the carrier said it wouldn't fit in the mailbox but it has always fit before, so he left a note. A note that I filled out for him to leave the next dayNext day no carrier shows up so on Thursday I stopped him & asked for my package and he told me I had to go to the post office and pick it up! Delivery cost me $13!

Whoever they are hiring they do not know how to read I have picky to prove that they delivered somebody else's mail that don't even stay nowhere near my house and then when you feel like the Green farm let them know who stays there they don't give a darn because they are not reading that either they're very rude and disrespectful they need to . Are you going to be rude to me because you cannot read the mail to put in the correct mailbox that is not my fault you are illiterate
