“They really got us out of a pickle. We weren't in the market at all for a new vehicle but our Santa Fe's motor blew, and unfortunately we didn't purchase the service plan. Our sales rep Jerold came to the rescue. He checked for any recalls which there weren't any but he was able to get us into a CX-5 that next day. He helped me keep the Mrs calm during all this and was just a great person to work with. Needless to say we got the service plan this time.
