Clean and fully stocked beauty store with friendly and professional employees. I only wish there were better varieties of bundles. The one I purchased didn't even curl and was virgin human hair.

I took an out of town friend looking to update her look w a new wig. She has very thin hair. My friend was so impressed with the wig fitter - helpful and knowledgeable. While u was there bought some shampoos too. I woukd recommend this place for beauty supplies too.

Store was well laid out. Prices were reasonable. They had a large selection of hair to choose from! Employees were friendly and knowledgeable.(Warning you will have to walk through a scaffolding because the mall is having the entire front of their building skim coated.)

They do have a good variety of hair and hair products. They have recently remodeled and it has enough room to move around now.

The older Korean woman with glasses has TERRIBLE customer service skills. I refuse to be told what she thinks I should purchase & wear when it comes to Wigs. There are wigs that I admired & wanted to buy, but she told me "No" or shook her head in disapproval. She wanted me to spend more money on a Wig that I did not want. She's done this twice now. I would rather be helped by someone else there. She's Very Bossy & not very nice to other customers who have visited. Actually, I will not be returning. I have found a much better store, where the owners & employees treat you with RESPECT.

Do yourself a favor & just go to Sally’s or some place else. Bought a wax which was overpriced but I figured let me help a small business out. Well I tried to return it because it was the wrong one, they said I couldn’t return it because it’s a “chemical” the return policy for chemical products is I can only return it in three days. The receipt doesn’t state that for the return policy it just says that wigs can’t be returned… also when purchasing they didn’t tell me that then on top of that I asked how was I suppose to know that they said I had to read it & pointed to the sign, I submitted a picture of this sign & how small that is. Also according to the worker they consider gel, hair products(which is 90% of the store) to be chemical products so these you can only return in 3days.

I have always enjoyed coming into this store for anytime I felt like buying a wig. You used to be able to try the wigs on but you no longer can do to Covid. I’m glad I chose well. This is probably my favorite wig and it was on clearance too for $12.99! You can’t beat that! Thank you UNI for your variety of wigs and hair products!
