Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with a store, I’d give zero stars if that was an option. Talked to associate and explained that the website did not give an option to add an alternate person. Spent 30 minutes on FaceTime trying to figure it out with zero help from associate. Associate was exceptionally rude, offered zero help and had a snotty attitude. When providing name, barcode and ID of person picking up while also on the FaceTime with the person who made the order showing their ID this associate was absolutely unhelpful. This wasn’t a million dollar purchase and we wouldn’t have spent that much time trying to rectify despite having zero help from the associate. Working in retail thieves do not go the extra mile, once there’s an issue they walk away. Do better and actually know how to run a store instead of losing sales and customers. The manager walked up, said 2 words and did zero to even try to interject and help the situation. This Ulta won’t be getting business from me anymore, I’ll drive to Gainesville or the Villages before I support rude employees.

Came in because I had a gift card. Was absolutely disappointed. Had five people standing at the register and not one person wanted to help. Read other reviews and this seems to be a reoccurring issue that no one seems to fix. No one greeted us and within five minutes of looking around and no one helping us we went to Sephora and spent our own money even though we had a gift card specific for Ulta. Customer service here is a joke

I absolutely love getting my hair done at Ulta because of Bailey! She always goes above and beyond to make sure I leave feeling confident and beautiful. Her attention to detail, creativity, and warm personality make every appointment a great experience. She listens to exactly what I want, offers helpful suggestions, and truly cares about the end result. I can’t recommend her enough—she’s the reason I keep coming back!

Heavier curly haired guy with the acne who currently works at this location is extremely rude. Treated me like I was stupid when my card wasn’t going through. The girls are sweet though.

came to the store No one help me and there's is 5 employee in a front of the door open the products that they have in the shelf and talk about theres business. Also the cashier don't offer me or ask me about if I have account with ulta. She use her member ID for the points, that super un profecional and this is not acceptable at all. I will never come back to this location

Ever since ulta remodeled there staff has changed…. I was there a couple days ago and theres an employee with dark red hair and has a lot of acne, that had an attitude when I asked about a face product. Her face wasn’t welcoming and had a stingy look on her face like she didn’t want to be there. I will stick to Sephora from now on or just order online.

Miranda and a younger black women at the register today was just rude. I came to the counter confused on where I can find some items and they made me feel even more lost and I seamed to be waisting their time. Finally the general manger stepped in after I was walking around lost and helped me!

I was somewhat disappointed with Ulta. The store was somewhat disorganized, and we had a few questions about some products, but we were unable to find anyone to assist us. The prices of the products were excessive and unjustified, which left me unimpressed.
