If you want a transmission rebuilt with all the updates done for cause of failures go see Turner's, they will take care of you and have your vehicle shifting better than. It has ever before.

Honest, fair prices, easy to work with and and very helpful people with "no sales push". Great people to deal with, I have been sing them since 2020 and would never go anywhere else..... Its 115 miles each way, sure there are closer people but this is the best shop I have ever used!

Called for a gasket and a oring
15.00 said great I’m swapping cases from a 2wd th400 to a 4wd so I can get my truck back on the road they had it I said I’ll be there at lunch to pick it up sure beats having the parts store order it from trans star in tamp and having to wait so I showed up the lady up front had a attitude told me to come back bc it’s lunch time
Well common sense would tell you if you was closed then the sign bc it said open and I Walked in
I was told what I needed would be o. The front desk waiting
Wait for roughly 20 min and guy comes rushing out hands me what looks to be correct I pay him and back to work I went
Now I’m back home and this guy gave me a gasket to a 4l80 not a 400
Not my first run in with this shop but definitely a last you can handle the little things how can I trust y’all to do the big things

I have a 2019 Cadillac Escalade. I get my Escalade serviced at Sullivan Cadillac. I had Sullivan’s take the Escalade for a ride to check it. I asked Sullivan’s to not service it until they let me know what’s going on with it and the cost. They came back to me with the cost $1647.81. They showed me the work order everything but what I went in there for. So I went to Turner Transmission. They took it out for a test drive to check it. They told me what the problem was and fixed the problem. Rebecca the receptionist in which I would call her one of the guys, was very courteous and friendly. The owner and his team did an excellent job. They didn’t waste anytime. Thank you all so very much. The owner and his team was about their business. Excellence.

This is an absolutely wonderful family owned shop. If you want to find a group of mechanics that you trust and a wonderful group of office staff, this is your place to go.They priced their work fair and not only that but had a great turn around time. The nice lady that handles the scheduling and front desk (sorry I forgot your name) was very open in communication and called me several times to ask permission for a parts order or let me know they found additional things that needed repaired on my old 2010 Chrysler Town and Country before they ordered the parts and performed the repair. That is a trustworthy service right there.Highly recommend to anyone in town or any locals of the Ocala area.

Joey Turner and his team are top notch! I am in a transition period where my family and I are moving from the St. Louis area to Ocala due to a new job. I am in Florida on my own at this time while my wife and children are still in St. Louis trying to sell our house so they can come here and start our new lives. I am staying with a family member in Middleburg and commuting to work in Ocala every day, which is a long hull. When my truck started overheating as I was driving through Keystone Heights. the other garages in the area wouldn't even give me the time of day. Joey took me immediately and pushed aside other work to get me up and running again as soon as he could. The problem ended up being multiple things which they took care of without complaints. the total bill was much less than I could have expected to pay anywhere else. Joey and his team kept me informed often of everything they found and walked me through each step as they went. I couldn't ask for better service from anyone else. I will be taking all of my vehicle issues to Joey from now on.

Transmission rebuilt in 1995 Ford F250 Diesel Power stroke Ext Cab 4WD 7.3 L, then they found a few other leaks, replaced the Serpentine belt and water pump. Should last us the rest of our life. Very happy with the excellent care they gave us and the reasonable rates. It was tough for us to come up with the money, but we were able to and it was still better than the price of a new truck. The crew and staff are very trustworthy. I highly recommend them.
