Service dept is great. I pull into the service lane and was immediately greeted by friendly staff. When I got my car back all the pollen was gone because my Camry was put in the car wash. Never expected that and was a nice surprise. Highly recommend Deluca Toyota ???

I drove 6 hours to purchase a used vehicle I was interested in online and the salesman Mark was amazing ! He did above and beyond to get me the price I wanted for the car! Everyone there was super nice and helpful during the long process of it. Mark even called me on the long drive back home to make sure I was doing okay !

Terrible experience. I purchased a used car with a dent that the salesperson ( Nicholas Boynton) promised they will have it fixed. They didn't honor their promise and are still giving me the run around.

Look into your crystal ball and expect this garbage every time you use Deluca's service department. Make an appointment for an oil change and spend over 2 hours waiting for your vehicle. I am a fan of using the dealer for routine maintenance and repairs. NEVER have I been a regular customer of a dealership who can't get an oil change and inspection done within 1 hour...nevermind 2 hours. Today marks the day I will no longer be a customer of Deluca Toyota. I make an appointment, because I have an itinerary and my time is valuable. Deluca couldn't care less it seems. As I write this, I am currently at 2 hours and 45 mins and waiting. The dealership costs more and we pay it, because 1. The dealerships are efficient, 2. They use OEM parts, 3. The warranty on parts and labor is easier to deal with when you let the dealership work on your vehicleb and 4. The technicians are certified to work on your specific vehicle. NONE OF THIS MATTERS WHEN YOUR APPOINTMENT DOESN'T MEAN JACK. Goodbye Deluca!

All I did was answer one ( I thought harmelss) question by the young lady in service, "How do you like your Highlander?" And she and the whole over-adrenal sales force descended on me, wasting my time with repeated questions, and never answering my real objection which is that it's too wide. I'm sorry I answered the question, and I promise never to do it again. Next time they ask, I'l just say, "It's none of your business." In fact, I'll wear hearing protection and dark sun glasses so they never get a profile of me. I can't swear I'll never go to a Toyota service department again, so I'll just leave it at. I've never had a rational experience at a Toyota service department. When I finally broke free after a charge of $1.98 for "miscellaneous," I vowed to find alternatives to Toyot

My 19 year old daughter's Brand new 2021 rav 4 just quit! Just over a month old!!! After a day of chasing down their service dept we drive up to them saying oh well we haven't messed with it, guess you'll just have to wait. I demand a loaner vehicle- sorry we don't do loaners 19 year olds. I tell them to put THE RENTAL in my name. Next day- again after her having to call THEM!!! They tell her $2400 for a broken tie rod!!! A tie rod that wasn't broken when the wrecker, called by TOYOTA!!!! Picked the car up!!! Way to provide that world class service DELUCA TOYOTA!!!! Are you proud of this service!

Ashley in Service and some other nice lady who answered the phone worked my Tacoma into the service rotation on less than 15 minutes notice. And they were really busy. They did the 20000 service in less than 40 minutes. Absolutely amazing and super nice. The truck was spot on when it was returned to me. Great service department and a big thumbs up for Ashley! Hope I spelled your name correctly.
