“Austin was so nice and quick. Appt was for 2pm, I came in a little early and they took me right away. I believe it was about half an hour, when Austin came back to tell me he checked the wheel alignment , tightened some nuts, and noticed that the overall alignment looked good. Additionally, he didn't charge me. I was impressed and pleased with his service. If needed, I will use their services again. The receptionists we're professional as well.”

“While I was seated in the dental office, anxiously awaiting my daughter's completion of her dental fillings, I found myself idly scanning the surroundings to pass the time. My eyes landed on a sales flyer resting on the table beside me. Curiosity piqued, I picked it up and began to peruse its contents, hoping to find something interesting to occupy my mind. To my delight, I stumbled upon the sales page for Family Tire & Auto Center. Intrigued by what I saw, I quickly captured an image of the flyer and sent it to my husband, knowing that we had been in dire need of new tires for our beloved Camaro.
Our search for tires had been a bit of a challenge lately. With recent changes in our employment locations, we had encountered unexpected difficulties in finding a suitable solution. My husband had taken the initiative to visit several tire retailers, but unfortunately, none of them provided quotes that fit within our budget. It was becoming increasingly frustrating, and I could sense his growing disappointment.
However, upon contacting Family Tire, both my husband and I were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional prices they offered, as well as their outstanding customer service. I had initially assumed that my husband would be at the shop for at least three hours to have the tires replaced, given our previous experiences at other retailers. But to my surprise, I was mistaken! I remained on the phone with him throughout the entire process, and he couldn't stop praising the technician who was replacing the tires. He referred to him as a remarkable worker, and I could hear the genuine admiration in his voice.
When my husband finally arrived at the shop, he found at least three customers ahead of him in line. Yet, despite the busy atmosphere, Ricky, the technician, was working diligently on his own, completing the tasks with remarkable speed and efficiency. It was as if he were a member of a pit crew at a racetrack, moving with precision and purpose. My husband, who is not easily impressed, remarked on how quickly and efficiently Ricky worked, even without the aid of knee pads, which is often a standard practice in such jobs.
We are truly grateful for the exceptional service provided by Family Tire. The experience not only met our expectations but exceeded them in every way. We left the shop feeling satisfied and relieved, knowing that we had found a reliable place for our automotive needs. We look forward to bringing our other vehicles to Family Tire & Auto Center in the future, confident that we will receive the same level of care and attention that we experienced this time. I have been to many dealerships where they said they check your car, but they actually did not.
