I cancelled my membership/subscription months ago at this location only to just yesterday realize that they have been billing me all this time. I called into their customer service to ask for my refund for all these months yet they only offered one month back even though I havent used their service all thus time. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE/COMPANY. They are totally dishonest and unethical. Their customer service people are the worst. Imagine they owe me about $200 and have absolutley no empathy, no conscience. Daylight robbery. I repeat DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

The worst thing is, they deceived me, they told me that for the two-vehicle family plan we were going to pay 55. I called the headquarters and they told me I was going to pay 82. It was a fatal deception. I canceled the subscription today. It's a shame to know how they deceive you.

John was great! He suggested which car wash we needed, was super friendly, & was keeping the facility tidy. 5 stars for customer service & experience. Our car looks brand new!

Waste of time and money. First off they are completely a mess with staffing. You show up and cones are up, because no staff is there. Then when they actually have the location staffed your car doesn’t come out clean. When you go through the car wash the side brushes on the right do not even touch the car. Every single time my car came out slightly better than it went it.

Everyone there was very friendly and helpful, did a great job on my truck, hands down best service I’ve ever had at a car wash. Only issue is that one of the overhead racks on my truck was knocked off during the wash. I know this is technically an “attachment” but still have been through a lot of washes and it’s never been an issue, they are solid. Management was understanding and helpful with the issue.

As other clients experienced, this company has continued charging me after I canceled. When I called them, they 1st said they have no chat, then Angela the supervisor said they said that there is no way to cancel with their chat costumer service and asked me for a cancelation number which I found out later they don't even provide. Alot of miscommunication maybe on purpose. KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR CHARGES. it seen they are good at contacting charging even if you cancelled and not giving refunds. They will answer to the reviews just to detour the UNETHICAL and FRAUDULENT charges, but don't be foul JUST DON’T PICK THIS COMPANY!!!I already contacted them, but there was no help. I called twice. What a waste of time to call them. They really don't care about people, just $$
