Courtney is such an awesome massage therapist and the staff was very kind and took care of everything. Highly recommend when you need to relax and get rid of that soreness at the spa. Still the best more than a year later now as an update.

It is nicely set up. I love the variety of work out equipment and classes you can join. Also personal trainers and the Salon is beautiful and tranquil. But the heated indoor pool is helpful for fibormialga and aches and pains. I recommend this place.

I had a manicure and pedicure done by Kae and she was amazing. Very knowledgeable and very passionate about what she does, it definitely shows in her work. Lisa at the front desk booked both services and she is super nice every time I come in. She remembers me each time and is quick with what she does.

I’ve never been to a cleaner gym…. I could not ask for anything else…. All the equipment I need; the sauna was clean and at appropriate temperature….

Decent size and great equipment - very clean. I was only using the gym portion to workout alone so I can't speak for the spa and other services. I always wondered why more people didn't know about it. Unfortunately I echo the other reviews when I say the staff is unnecessarily aggressive and hostile towards certain types of people at the gym. The complete opposite of what staff should be. I cancelled my membership bc didn't feel safe being alone here. Beware. TERRIBLE experience.

With a name like “the ranch” you can correctly assume that they are primitive minded. Be careful of being alone at this place. One of their elderly personal trainers, a former cop “Ned”, physically cornered my brown friend, mistakenly accusing her of changing the music when she did nothing. Clearly he had no knowledge of the technology used in the gym. He didn’t even apologize after realizing the fact. What disgustingly childish behavior for a community staff member. Management condones this kind of behavior? Terrible representation for this gym.

You will pay $60 a month to be treated RUDELY. Staff is not properly trained to use basic technology or simple manners. What a waste of good gym equipment

Not the best first impression. Mainly for older people. Floor staff is very inappropriate, rude and creepy. Young people are definitely discriminated against.

Front desk staff is run my incompetent children. They are always inattentive and incapable of doing simple things. Membership is overpriced for what it is. Too bad silver sneakers is not accepted.

I have joined The Ranch 6 months ago and unfortunately experience a hostile and unfriendly front desk staff in the mornings.I attend the swim aerobics classes 6 days a week and enjoys those classes immensely. However, dealing with the dismissive and unfriendly office staff has me rethinking whether I want to be a part of this hostile environment. I am energized to attend my classes but the stress of dealing with 2 unprofessional desk personnel makes my experience less satisfactory.Good, consistent and genuine greetings make the paying customer feel welcome and add to a positive overall fitness experience and future referrals to The Ranch. Two long standing members of The Ranch (17 plus years) have affirmed my front desk experience since they also feel ignored and are rarely greeted.Anyone with any Customer Service experience knows that an organization is built on a positive relationship between the customer and staff employees. If employees are so unhappy as to take it out on members then they should exit The Ranch and leave the Customer Service field.I and many other members are hopeful of positive changes regarding a professional and welcoming attitude.Let it be known that there are many Ranch employees who are excellent Ranch Ambassadors. One in particular is Agie whose stable personality and hard working ethics is exemplary and should be the standard for The Ranch.Regards,Lydia Winterberg
