In my first experience with this shop(which was highly recommended by several friends at the church I attend) I am well pleased, very satisfied. Without the long details Mike the owner (and his assistant)went above and beyond getting my Dodge van rolling again. It was truly a challenge but he did it. Very grateful. Mike and his crew are amazing. They love what they do and go to great lengths to make sure that their work is perfect. My husband brought in his 1985 Ford F150 that needed a lot of work. 5 stars is not nearly enough for the outstanding, professional , thorough ,timely, cost effective and honest service I was blessed to be associated with after a local dealership nearly destroyed my 16 yr old , standard, 4 wheel drive CRV. Distraught after two issues became four over , within 48 hrs I was left with a car malfunctioning, a staff that wasn’t listening or taking any responsibility , that became critical ,without any consideration as I proceeded up the dealership chain for correction and none was provided. I was HOPELESS and carelessly disregarded. . After a 15 minute thorough technical evaluation by Taylor automotive I was shown , and patiently explained , not only what the problems were but the source, I immediately saw what hadn’t been done and how severely I had been exploited by this dealership that put not only my car but my safety and financial security in jeopardy ! The deliberate attention, education and expertise TAYLOR AUTOMOTIVE gave this older vehicle totally blew me away. Their care was Genuine, honest and prioritized. They attention to the issues, the corrections needed was nothing short of a miracle and a sincere RESCUE. The cost was literally half of what this dealership was demanding . Being a single , senior female left me with a disadvantage which TAYLOR AUTOMOTIVE immediately corrected with their patience , honesty , sincerity and their commitment to service and automotive excellence . I am but one of many who echo these sentiments. This experience opened my eyes to the fact TRUE AUTO repair service still DOES EXIST and I literally have my car back better than it’s been in years without lies and bureaucratic Mumbai jumbo. TRUTH, HONESTY AND GENUINE PERSONAL INTEGRITY in the most friendly and kind manner , still exists and it’s right here gratefully, at TAYLOR AUTOMATIVE with Michael and Mike . Stranded in Florida during Spring Break when my fuel pump broke. Tow company said they had the best reputation around. Professional, honest, and thourgh...I would highly recommend them.
