Can’t thank Jose and his team enough. I have been going to Jose for many years( kinda lost count ?). I appreciate the reminder text and email that is sent each year , it helps me with preparing my tax documents and serves as a reminder to make my appointment. Jose takes his time , the full hour provided by Jose allows the opportunity to explain the changes each year brings, but also allows me to not feel rushed and I walk out of my appointment with a full understanding. I recommend Jose Cruz - definitely a tax pro !!!

(Translated by Google) If I could give it zero out of zero I would. Mr. José Cruz attended me and I went by reference of a friend, everything was fine at the beginning, but when submitting the information it was wrong, my husband and I realized the error, we let Mr. Cruz know and he never responded to let us know that he corrected the error, worst of all, because of HIS MISTAKE we ended up with a debt with the IRS for not knowing how to put the correct numbers, in the first request they agreed to return us and after the error it turns out that we owe the IRS for not submit information that had been given to the gentleman. I think we are clearly j@$&@& because of their mistake on top of having to cancel plans because the money they were going to refund us became double what we now owe the IRS.Honestly, the fact that he didn't know how to explain to me what he did bothered me more.(Original)Si pudiera darle cero de cero lo haria. Me atendio el sr José Cruz y fui por referencia de una amistad, todo bien al comienzo, pero a la hora de someter la información fue errónea, mi esposo y yo nos percatamos del error, le dejamos saber al sr, Cruz y nunca respondió para avisarnos que corrigió el error, lo peor de todo que por causa de SU ERROR terminamos con una deuda con el IRS por no saber poner los números correctos, en la primera solicitud quedaron en devolvernos y después del error resulta que le debemos al IRS por no someter una información que se la había dado al caballero. Creo que claramente quedamos j@$&@& por su error además de tener que cancelar planes porque el dinero que nos iban a rembolsar se convirtio el doble de lo que ahora le debemos al IRS.Sinceramente me molesto más el hecho de que el mismo no supiera explicarme que fue lo que él hizo.
