It took over an hour to get my oil changed. I was directed to pull in behind a car already being worked on. After waiting about 20 minutes I was told to back up because another vehicle arrived and had an appointment. The car behind me just left.

Very good experience at Take 5. Staff was great! Reminded me of the old time gas stations where you pull up and sit in your car while your car is serviced.

They were quick and efficient and did a good job. The only thing I didn’t appreciate is they got my mileage wrong. I have a 2020 car with 27,000 miles on it. The guy wrote 277,000 miles which was grossly incorrect and then they tried to tell me that my coolant system Was in serious trouble because of how many miles I had on the car and then when I corrected them, they seemed very stumped so I think some of their sales techniques need improvement
