A customer since '99, I have noticed longer drive thru lines recently and what appears to be fewer employees. As far as service, I never had a problem, and everyone was always kind. (Update:) Recently I needed help with another matter and Jeffrey, Mgr., was more than happy to assist me.

Every time I’ve been here they have been very pleasant and helpful. I have used them for little things like wire transfers and even notary services.

Trying 3 times to deposit a lot of cash they turned it down saying it didn't smell right..really!! Cash was protected in a sealed freezer plastic bag. Never ever had a problem when it was SunTrust,have been banking with SunTrust for 10 years..Oh,and that's after waiting 30 minutes at the window..

Been a customer for over 30 yrs and since they merged it is a night mare. Went one day and the bank was locked you had to use the drive thru. And forget the customer service! There is none. They locked my account and when I called I got the stupid machine that does not understand what you say. Nobody will answer the phone so now I have to go to the bank and hope there is someone there to unlock my account. Guess it is time to look for another bank

I have been a customer of Suntrust for over 40 years. Ever since Truist has taken over, the Blitchton branch has become miserable to deal with. If you go through the drive through ( you do not have a choice since they have not had the lobby open for over 2 years) you better pack a lunch because you will be there for a long time just to cash a check. I have no idea why they do not open the lobby to the public. Also, I have a premium checking account and suddenly starting with my Feb. statement, I am now being charged $4.00 for "Easyimage Statement Fee" I was not informed of this and it stinks... I will be looking for an alternative bank.

We sat inline for 40 minutes to go thru the commercial drive thru, just to cash a check. Finally asked the people behind me to back up so we could get out of line. How could any bank hold up a line for that long? Why wouldn't you tell that person to come in the bank to handle their business if there is that much to handle. I will never open an account in that bank.

Absolutely a joke. They never want to cash checks even if they are from suntrust they always tell me they cant cash it call this number to find out why poor service and quite frankly worst than amscott any day of the week.

If I could give no stars, that would be my review. Employees rude and change policy at random. Wouldn't bank here if they were giving money away!!!!
