Do NOT buy from here. Richard Gruber the General Manager does not know what customer service is. The way he acted in front of me and my child was uncalled for and very unprofessional. His employees were even embarrassed of his behavior. He even stated he was just going to delete the reviews on Google and find out what business we run and that he's going to go on and post a bunch of bad reviews. Not only that, but I am also unsure why he feels it's necessary to leave a knife out on his desk, for what??? I will get to the owner of the branch to make sure he understands how his employees treat his company.

I wish you could leave negative star rating. The dealership ran an ad for a Black Friday event. I inquired and was sent a voucher and given an appointment. Day of supposed appointment:Rode my Harley an hour in the rain, it was my trade. Got to the dealership 10 minutes early. Let me say first, the receptionist needs to find other work. She was cold, uninterested in helping me or the woman that came in before me. I asked for the names of the two sales managers I was told in a message to ask for. She responded "Who?" Just then one of the "managers" came out and she was magically enlightened to his existence. He didn't instill any confidence in me either. Bottom line, I left, driving another hour in the rain. Total waste of my time. Beware!!!

found a car I was interested in on cars.com and autogurus.com. when I arrived at the dealership, they would not honor the Internet price. Manager said that those companies added those prices themselves the dealership did not post the ads. The dealership wanted $10,000 more than asking price on the Internet. The Internet ads had the companies, logos and pictures of the cars on the lot. I feel this is dishonest, which means the dealership is dishonest people should be wary.

Sales rep, Reece, was awesome - he was efficient and got me the deal I needed. He was also a no pressure sales rep, which I really appreciated as I hate buying cars. They worked to get me the best interest rate as well. Very clean facility with great music.

I called Jeff in the service department regarding my 2007 cts. He was curtious and very helpful. After trying for a few days to find what i needed, He advised me that I could no longer get parts for it. I told him that I knew it was time to think about trading it in as we hung up.Shortly after, I get a call from Jessica. Awesome. She had me a new car within a couple of hours. She worked around all of my problems, and 2 days later, she personally delivered it an hour and a half highway drive away. Free of charge. Very personable, friendly, helpful, and down to earth. She makes you feel like a friend.Thank you, Jeff and Jessica! You are a lost breed when it comes to customer service.

Sullivan Cadillac was amazing!! Worked with me and my credit score. I am 19 years old and it was very hard to find anybody who work with me. Came in one day talked with Reece…best salesman I’ve personally met and he answered every question I had. Got me in the car off the lot the next day. Amazing!!!

We are EXTREMELY impressed with our salesman, Jake Jordan, as well as Rich the General Manager. We purchased a used Jeep, one thing led to another and it was determined it wasn't the quality used vehicle we wanted. We worked with Jake and Rich to make the decision to trade the Jeep back and our Subaru Outback in on a GENTLY used Cadillac XT5. We are both over 65, and in all the years of buying vehicles neither of us has ever had such a knowledgeable, honest, patient salesman! Jake worked with us initially on the Jeep transaction, as well as helped us each step of the way to make our final decision. Rich the GM is a more aged, seasoned salesperson, but he was honest with us about our options and worked to make the deal work for us. HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND JAKE, RICH, & the Sullivan Cadillac Dealership Family.

Wayne was amazing! We spent all day going to different car lots trying to find a vehicle for me. But no one acted like they were worried about selling a car. They were all rude or just wouldn't work with us at all on price. As soon as we walked up and Wayne greeted us I knew we were gonna find my car. He was so kind and VERY patient with me and made our buying experience like a dream. The process was quick and painless.......well as painless as buying a car can be. I just bought my first car and the process was 2 days long but it was an amazing experience! My sales person was Jake who was very informed and was able to answer all my questions. Then the financial manager Enoch went above and beyond to get me the best deal with being a first time buyer. Overall I 100% recommend this dealership.

I Came to look at a truck and get my car appraised for trade in, I approached by a salesmen, he was very pleasant and very helpful. Forget the name off the top of my head. Wanted to get a trade in price to figure out what they would give me before looking at their lot. I made it well known what I wanted for my car, and if they didn’t want to pay that much, that was fine, no hard feelings, just didn’t want to waste either of our times. Salesmen tried his best to get me what I wanted. Manager came out and acted childish, saying he would be stupid to buy my 2018 Mustang GT, with 10k miles on it, and continued to go on and on about how I am crazy for wanting what I wanted, and how it would be stupid to buy it. And he refused to answer any of my questions, like how much he would list it for on the lot. I applaud the salesmen for such respect. The manager, very childish.

I wouldn't patronize this dealership. They are rude. And when they are selling you the car, the tell you they want your business the service manager is not honest.Really save yourself the aggravation and just don't go there

We purchased a 2023 Cadillac Escalade from these folks about two months ago. They went out of their way and kept their dealership open later because we could not make it there before close of business. The next day they delivered the Cadillac to me at my business and did all the paperwork with us. The salesman drove our trade in back to the dealership for us. It is nice to see a company that still has such great customer service skills!!!! We definitely will recommend them to all of our friends.

I recently purchased a pre-owned car from the dealership and worked with Jessica Perez. The day I arrived I was hoping to avoid sales reps but she happened to walk by where I was looking and offered to help without being pushy and really cared about what I was looking for. She suggested a vehicle that was not on my radar and amazingly it was just what I was looking for.The care and kindness Jessica showed was evident throughout the purchase. She even came in on her day off to be sure everything was perfect when I picked the car up. I feel like I met a friend at Sullivan, not a sales rep.If you are looking for a car, go to Sullivan Cadillac and ask for Jessica. You won't be disappointed.

My experience here was terrible. The first car I looked at had a huge puddle of water on the floor board. The vehicle I had liked was stated to have just gotten out of service which made me feel confident that nothing was wrong, but since I came in on a Holliday the banks were closed. They took a deposit from me and told me to take the car while they got my loan approved through the bank. That was fine except the car hadn’t been cleaned yet and it took them a week to get me a deal. I approved them to run my credit through two banks. My personal bank and their suggested bank. After checking my credit report they ran my credit 9 times. That upset me big time and the salesman Luke brushed it off like it was no big deal. I had decided that I no longer wanted to do business here because they don’t stay true to their word. On my way back to return the car every light on the dashboard lit up and it would barely move. I almost got into an accident because of it. Be careful if you look at a used car here even if it has low miles. I will not be returning.
