Used to go to this Subway at least twice a week, but this LAST time reminded me why I'm going to Publix for approx. the last 6 months. There's a lady (I believe she's the manager) which customer service is awful and when I went today not only she gave me a burned bread and literally 3 pieces of meat, but the spinach was old and saggy...Horrible service, won't be back for sure.

Destiny needs customer service retraining. Interaction lasted about 60 second before I walked out. She rolled her eyes at me 3 times as if it was an inconvenience to serve someone. Didn’t even greet me just stared until I started asking for what I wanted. Asked for Italian verb and cheese and she pulled out Italian i folder here it was the herb and cheese and she was so bothered by having to turn around and grab the other loaves of bread. Recommend a mystery shop or quality control check for service. With this type of service will never come to this location again.

I went into your store, July 8,2022, between 5-5:30 p.m. I witnessed the two white woman working behind the counter being extremely rude to a young black boy. I was very upset to see this and i feel it was racist on their part.I am also black.When it was time for me to order, they were rude to me also and when giving me my change the woman threw it on the counter.I will be calling corporate on Monday morning. This is an embarrassment and a disgrace to the company. I am very angry about this situation. I am not going to stop my complaints until they are terminated. I will encourage everyone i know not to patronize this particular Subway.

On Thursday 8/5/21 I ordered 2 meals from this restaurant and I did not receive them.! When I finally reached some girl who answered the phone with a hello instead of identifying herself and the restaurant she proceeded to tell me that it was not her fault or the restaurant's fault that I did not receive the meals that I had paid for. That it was the delivery company that they used was at fault. Very unprofessional and I will be disputing the 30.00 dollars charge to my credit card.!

Placed an online order to be ready for 6:15. After waiting for an additional 20 minutes they finally completed the order! The young lady of maybe 20 years old gave me an attitude because I asked if they were DELUXED AS ORDERED. Needless to say it was not done that way and paid for it!
