There’s always an issue, followed with a promise that you will get it right next time.And then always a problem with the next time(s) too with no resolve or intention for resolution.According to your vision and mission, your level of service should supersede what I’ve been given.“By expanding our product assortment and making shopping and saving easier than ever, we're helping customers make more happen every day. And it's our mission to make more happen for associates, local communities and even the planet — through programs, policies and the values we live by.”What are your values if this is the quality of product & level of service you provide EVERY time?I am a small business that is doing its best to gain more customers everyday so that I can grow as a person and as a business and you, Staples, are making me look bad. What does John Lederer have to say about that or do you not know who that is?Needless to say I am again disappointed. I keep trying and yet, this is what I get, every time. If there is ANYTHING that I can count on when I place an order with Staples is that they’ll mess up again -they won’t even earn 1 star!

My sisters husband just passed and we needed to send out two faxes containing death certificates. Keshawn from the Staples on Silver springs Blvd helped us. The fax going through to the military kept ringing busy. Keshawn kept at it until it finally went through. He was very polite, patient and friendly. He is a major asset to your company.
