Rachel is the best.
I needed to find a new barber, so I tried out dozens of locations over the course of a year or longer. I hesitated on giving Sports Clips another chance because my previous cut there was pretty bad, but I know it comes down to the barber, not the business.
So a few months ago I returned and was assigned Rachel. She did an excellent job. She's been my go-to ever since and I will be returning as long as she's around. I don't know how she works so quickly without sacrificing quality. But she does it, consistently. Thanks Rachel!

This is the second time I’ve gone to this place & both times it turned out to be a waste of Timmy time. The first time I called & asked are you still open & if so how busy are you? I’m told yes we are open & we are not busy. So I headed to the shop & when I got there they were closed the lights were off. I leave it at maybe I misunderstood. Then today it’s Sunday so I call & ask are you busy? I’m told no come on down, I say ok I’ll ge there in fifteen minutes. I get there go in say hello the lady looks at me says hi have a set. Fifteen minutes later I’m asked did you sigh in, I say no I didn’t know I was supposed to. She takes my name put me on the board at 20 minutes, which then becomes 27 mins & then 37 minutes at which time I say now I can’t wait. I don’t know why but that’s ridiculous! I may not know the reason why but I think it’s ridiculous. First 20 mins, then 27 mins only to then change to 37 MINUTES! I don’t see myself ever going back not after this.

I had been to this location several times and was met with the most amazing customer service every single time. Until I walked in today for a time I had booked on the app that they had available for 24 minutes from that point. I got the text confirming the spot in line and then a text telling me it was my turn. Once I walked in I was met with “we’re closed.” I tried explaining that I had made an appointment through the app. I was laughed at because “We don’t have appointments. We are walk in only.” I meant to say I booked a time slot but the fact that she laughed at me and didn’t offer a solution like “but tomorrow we’re open bright and early at 9 am!” Or “we’re normally not busy around 3-4” would’ve been a little better. I understand days are long and people want to go home to their families and I would’ve been more than happy to come back no questions asked because like I said the other staff there had been awesome..but the fact that it was used as an opportunity to make someone feel dumb is what got me. I know my couple bucks won’t matter but those bucks will be used elsewhere.

Stylists was excellent. That dumb scheduling system will make me look else where. I made an appointment - it said a 56 minute wait. Figured I had plenty of time. Got out of the shower and I received a text saying I had 15 minutes. I hustle to get there as best I could. I got there. 25 minute wait. Ridiculous

Haricut was good, my stylist was very nice. Wait time was absolutely ridiculous. Waited over an hour, saw i was "on deck" and then moved back another half hour. Overall I waited over an hour and a half for a simple haircuit. Would not recommend

If you don’t have the app, don’t even bother going… over an hour long wait, behind people who aren’t even in the store, just to get my haircut RUINED. Showed her a picture and she completely did her own version of what she thought I wanted. I will NEVER be bringing my business back here!
