Despite promising a swift 30-day loan closure and assuring you that everything is ready, he's actually doing nothing to secure your home. He'll cunningly request your personal documents and then feign ignorance when the underwriter questions the income statement. Your original closing date will become a distant memory. It will come and go and Brandon will think nothing of it. Brandon will lead you on by saying “you’re all set, you’re all ready to go, you’re good to go ma’am”To uncover Brandon's true intentions, your only recourse is to contact Craig, his boss at the headquarters (located in Texas). In the end, Brandon will manipulate realtors, title companies, and maybe even his own boss into believing that you, the buyer, are to blame for the failed closing. Nurses, exercise extreme caution!Luminate Homes is a treacherous abyss. Brandon may talk about closing in 30 days and offer pre-approval letters, but he spectacularly fails to deliver.
