My husband & I were recently traveling through Ocala heading to the Keys. Our truck suddenly developed a significant vibration & we stopped into Son Rise to get some help. They were kind enough to have a technician diagnose a tire issue & call ahead to a tire dealer for us. We were back on our way to the Keys with a new tire in about 30 minutes. Son Rise is a class establishment!

The staff are friendly. Very prompt servicemen are on the team, looking into the comments that are mentioned on the service record. I took our vehicle in for regular servicing but also mentioned a concern I had. Before they officially started servicing, they did a diagnosis to determine what was causing the concern I had. That is promptness and good customer service. Keep it up Team Son Rise!!!!
