DO NOT GO! The tunnel attendant was SO HIGH he could barely stand. It's sad, and I feel bad for the guy, but when you're paying for a service, this is unacceptable. He literally just stood and sprayed the pressure washer straight up in the air for NO LIE 20 seconds and just started at the water..... guess I will be washing my car myself later.

Best job I have ever had a car wash! The staff did a fantastic job and the assistant manager was right there working just as hard. No one was doing anything but working and they all checked their work to be sure the car and inside were spotless.

Thay did an fantastic hand wash on my 2020 Camry TRD and my 2016 F 1500 hemi. I definitely recommend Top Shelf!

Definitely will never use this car wash, and you should seriously consider using someone else, I signed up back in February, only used them once, and for 8 months of not using them, and them not charging every month, on Sept 4th theydecide to start charging people, so went there to get my money back, and was told by the lady working at the front, that they are charging people double and triple payments, so never got a call back, and stopped in today and was told that the compnay is not refunding anyone's money. So now I have to inconvenience myself by canceling my credit card and wait 7 to 10 days for a new one. But for a compnay who can't keep their business running properly definitely isn't a compnay to do business with. So beware.....and the sheriff's office has been notified about this situation.
