This place was exceptional! My car was beyond dirty due to Financial circumstances, and their team of experts suggested and accommodated all my car needs. The team was very informational about their services and extremely professional. With a nice lil sitting area, I actually enjoyed the time and money spent. Yes I got the unlimited deal for my unlimited needs.

I’ve gone here for years. 1 to 2 times a month. Always got the platinum with interior detail. Always tipped. But for the last few months the interior detailing has been sub par. I drive a challenger. One time they didn’t clean the console and cupholders thoroughly. Another time they didn’t even clean the rear area. This last time, they didn’t put back one of my rear floor mats. I’ll have to replace that. That’s 3 visits in a row I have been dissatisfied. They also switched from using the car scent spray to the little cardboard pieces. Which I hate. I’ve decided I will no longer be a customer due to the decline in detail service ever since Soapy’s has been under new management.

First & Last visit. Paid for the extra car wash service - over $18.00 and left with the same dirt on tires and bumper steps I pulled in with. They spent less than one minute drying my truck & tires. Not worth the money & do a better job myself at home sorry.

Went today for my 3rd visit - was very happy with the 1st two. I wanted inside/outside basic wash and told the cashier I wanted the gold (middle) and he replies “so you don’t want your doors done?”. Well, of course I want my doors wiped down. Who would wipe down the entire interior of a car and not wipe down the doors? If I’m paying for an interior wipe down I expect an interior wipe down - not a wipe down except for my doors. I didn’t have this issue the other 2 visits. I told the dude that he’s basically telling me in advance that they’re going to do a bad job on my car. I left and went somewhere else. It was a terrible, terrible attempt at an upsell.

Why is it that every time I come to you and pay 50 dollars plus. You can’t seem to find the time or energy to clean the inside of my windshield. I wish there was a place that did that…
