I was using my laptop and my screen went black. It wouldn't turn back on. I called Silver Springs Computer and they said to bring It in. I left it with them, they ran a diagnostic on it , found the problem, fixed it, and called me the next morning to pick it up. No extra charge. They were very kind, friendly, knowledgeable and, accommodating in answering my questions. I'm at peace knowing I have a reliable, trustworthy business for my computer needs.

Today, I thought my world was going to end when my computer wouldn't work this morning. Couldn't get it back on and so we called Silver Springs Computer to see if we could get it fixed. The very nice gentleman answered the phone and said absolutely, bring it in. We use this computer for our business and everything we do is on that computer. Not only did he take it today, he also fixed it in about an hour. Sorry, you don't get that kind of service with Geek Squad. And their prices are so reasonable. I highly recommend this company. They made a lifetime customer out of me.

I went looking around town for an old 1150 socket heatsink for a 2014 Era motherboard. This place is the only place that carries in stock computer parts in all of ocala everyone else opted to go to Amazon to order. Pleasant experience if you need computer work done or need parts.

One of my concerns when we moved here from S. Florida was finding a good computer repair shop close by. I found that and more with SSC. My editing system got lit up 2 weeks ago during bad storm. They went above beyond to get me back up and running my business. They even saved me over $400 which is crucial in this economy! Come to find out they're actually from S. Florida and we went to the same high school a decade apart.GO CANES!

I came here with two custom built computers I had built with a no power up issue. He had it done within 2 hrs. And then also explained to me what was wrong! Because of it, the build I then worked on for a friend the same night, I did without issues! This place is amazing!!!!! And the couple who run it are so nice and helpful! Definitely coming here for any future issues!!!

Hung up on by the owner when I questioned the quality of their repair after spending over $130. It was worse off then when it was brought in. When I tried to explain the problem I heard more than once "we didn't do it, it is not our fault'. So I was very rudely interrupted several times until I was hung up on with those words. Now I need to find a quality repair shop and spend money all over again. Worst part is I still cannot believe he hung up on me.

I had a (self caused) hardware problem and was stumped. Took it to them, and in less than 15 seconds they diagnosed and told me what was wrong and how to fix it. They wouldn't even accept any payment, it was so easy. Great customer service and very knowledgeable! I will certainly be back.
