Completely unprofessional, poor shopping experience, terrible customer service, and unruly animals that do whatever they please.I've frequented the hardware store for years before the most recent owners took over. After my last experience, I will likely shop elsewhere. I understand some businesses have pets and I don't have a problem with that, but I draw the line when your animal is climbing on the counter and all over the stuff I'm buying. When I brought it to the attention of JD, he was less than understanding. We exchanged a few choice words and I chalked it up to a disagreement, paid for my items, and left for the car, only to have him follow me out to my vehicle and make threats, challenging me to bring a man back with me. How ridiculous

Went twice being told it would be coming in soon but never did. Tried one last time a month later for a simple power cord and nothing in stock either but a better gumball machine.

I have to say the employees are wonderful. I had a bad day and purchased some things the the employee didn't charge me when I told him my husband passed away he was so kind even when I wasn't. I went to my car and cried because he was so kind to me when I wasn't.
