This is the best store I've been to, especially finding shoes that's seen online and actually being able to find in store. Not to mention, the staff is warm and welcoming! I've bought shoes from here and I will definitely shop here again the next day I visit Ocala.

Janine who answers the phone hung up three straight times when I asked if they offered shoe repair. I had a call back on an alternative number without asking about shoe repair until I realize she's just hanging up on people when she doesn't want to answer a question.Completely rude and unprofessional.

For all the hiking trails and rainy days in Florida, one would think this store would carry at least one decent pair of women’s hiking boots, let alone rain or work boots. Not all women dress the same. Seems misogynistic to me. Plenty of choices for men.

I ordered MINNETONKA from here, and I got excellent service,and 2 to 3 days give,are take on the time differential I got my size 11 MINNETONKA bedroom slippers for Men,and they are grey,and black very comfortable, and enough room for me to move these feet around!{Top notch quality,and fast in getting to me!}I will recommend buying from here as it must be a 10 ⭐ shoe store in a 5 ⭐ review!
