The voice mail at the salon promises a call back. I left 2 messages that were completely ignored. Saw on their FB reviews that a client had the same issue, and got a fast response by using FB messenger. My first message was immediately responded to, and stated their next facial apts were in March. Messaged them the following day, no response. Left message at salon, no response. Messaged again yesterday, no response. Voice mail today, no response. When I sent yet another message today threatening a bad review on Groupon, I was told no apts til April. I'm supposed to belive in 2-3 days, they booked all apts??? Give me a break. Terrible customer service. BTW, I'm a snowbird leaving before April.

I had an extremely upsetting experience. My 4 yo granddaughter had her hair done...was in there for 1 hour at the most. When done...she charged me $400.00 for a 4 yo!!! I was in shock and would never go back or recommend!!!

Do not go here!!! I called to make an appointment 4 separate times and no answer. I saw a review that recommended Facebook messaging so I did and got a pretty quick response. Their hours say they are open until 8pm, and I was looking for a wax, but they would not agree to a 7:00 appointment, saying it was too late. I was asked if I could do 6pm instead. I showed up at 6:30, the agreed appointment time, after rushing to leave work, and no one was there! A woman inside let me in and called the owner to find out. 35 minutes later the woman showed up yelling explicatives we could hear from inside. She came in flustered and limping, with a massive mark on her leg, saying she had more down her chest. She was acting weird and we could hear her crying in the back. I quickly and nervously left. I was concerned for safety and sanitation. I do not recommend this place. I am appalled.

Amazing! My daughter wanted purple in her hair so for an early birthday surprise I took her to see Kim on a recommendation. Her hair is beautiful and she is ecstatic. The woman next to us was getting her hair braided and it looked beautiful as well. We will be back.

Amazing! My daughter wanted purple in her hair so for an early birthday surprise I took her to see Kim on a recommendation. Her hair is beautiful and she is ecstatic. The woman next to us was getting her hair braided and it looked beautiful as well. We will be back.

If Google allowed zero stars that's what I'd give. Received a groupon for cut and style. Called a couple times but no response, so I sent FB message, responded quickly. Made an appointment. When I showed up for my appointment, the door was locked. I messaged and called again. She messaged back that she had an emergency. I rescheduled. Again same result. I looked in the heavily tinted windows and the entire place is empty.
