I gave them 5 stars based on the lady up front in reception. She gave me all the info I needed, and explained everything thoroughly. (I can't remember her name, unfortunately!) But she was just so sweet and nice. She def made my experience so much easier!

This is my first experience with probation. So far it has been positive. My probation counselor is Jack. He has provided me with good guidance thus far to help me complete my requirements successfully. The people upfront have shown me courtesy as well.

I was pleased with the friendly staff. I felt they were very informative. Although I was horrified at the thought of being put in a PTI program, the staff made me feel at ease. It was a hoot to watch the people who come in and out of the building. I honestly could just sit in lobby and watch the people all day. Those are some brave patient employees they have in there. To have an adult who got into trouble on thier own yell at the poor ladies behind the counter because they didn't bring in needed verification was the only thing I felt uneasy about.

this place is not fit to be a homeless shelter or to hrlp people at that matter!!! Very unprofessional!!! Will put Parents with children out on the streets in a heartbeat and not think twice about it!! Its staff is rude and unprofessional And the ladie that ruins the place is Rude , unkind and has her nose stuck up to everyone. Needs to be out of business or need to be ran differently..IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!

Violating people's rights. Disgusting behavior at this office. Trying to trespass people from a public space? Really? And public officials telling citizens they can't record them? Get it together. Public office, public space, public employees even if it's on private property is still public.

This place is a disgrace. Their laziness, and unprofessional manor is the least of the issues. #1 issue is how their negligence is ruining people lives. I am not sure how to get this joke of a place held accountable , but I will figure it out. There are 100s of ppl I have found to have suffered from the lies, incompetence, or just straight up uneducated so called probation officers. One being Acosta. This place needs to be shut down as probation and try to help the community else where.
