Sagar Indian Grocery is a medium-sized store described as one of Ocala's best kept secrets, though it is a little hard to find back from the main road. It offers a good selection of Desi grocery items, including dry, frozen, and refrigerated goods. The variety of frozen foods and packaged goods like spices and masalas is better than expected and amazing, featuring mostly Indian origin groceries with some Pakistani prepacked masalas also available. While you won't find everything, the store is kept full of the best of many needs. The staff and management are noted as very friendly, helpful, gracious, and patient, seeming family owned. Prices are reasonable, and the store has a very good selection of sweets.
