Apparently you can’t walk out of the store with anything and they make you pay for delivery. But after reading these horrible reviews of others experiences with their delivery I will pass. Never will step foot in a rooms to go again and they never got a dollar from me thank god.

Delivered the furniture but didn’t have the hardware for set up... cannot get ahold of customer service since original call to let us know they knew the guard rail hardware was missing upon delivery. Why couldn’t they set up the rest of the furniture?? Very disappointed with delivery service. Still waiting to hear back of when they can come finish setting up so our kids can have bunk beds to sleep on!The below comment from Josh to help out is a joke, never received a response to that email yet or the other customer service email.Do not recommend ordering from Rooms To Go Kids. If you do, be aware.Customer service scheduled set up for December 2nd. We decided not wait that long and set up ourselves. Guess what we found in the box .... HARDWARE!!!! I hope those delivery men are fired for being lazy. And hoping Rooms to Go makes this right with a refund of our delivery and set up charge.

If I could rate this 0 stars I would worst experience ever paid for delivery and assembly of my kids beds. The delivery driver and his counterpart stated they forgot the hardware and would be back tomorrow. He continued to speak Spanish to the person on the phone with rooms to go, so I have no idea what was discussed in this matter. We have got 0 call backs from the delivery person to assemble the beds and have been sent to customer service line where we have waited 2 times now for over a hour to talk to anybody. Stay clear everybody.

Rene help us this morning when we came in. He was amazing to work with. He checked in with us every once in a while with no pressure and we left with a beautiful bed for my daughter.

Completely remodeled my child's room with new floors and paint as a surprise for her bday. We opted for delivery and set up. Unfortunately we were out of town and upon returning within 24 hours of being home we noticed that the floors were scratched and transition strip was damaged. I called to file a claim and was told that the claims department would contact me in which they never did. After a week passed I called to follow up and they said it was denied and they wont do anything.... Ive purchased the majority of my furniture from rooms to go and ive never had a problem like this before because ive always picked up and/or did installation myself. The first time i decide to use there installers i have damage and they refuse to be accountable for there negligence.

Prices didn't seem horrible but I couldn't even walk the store and comfortably talk to my husband about what we liked and didn't like without an employee right over our shoulder. Even after we told them we didn't need their help at the moment.

Not a place you can go to, too pick out furniture and leave with it the same day. You have to order wait and pay shipping.

Their furniture is a little pricy for quality but it looks nice. Their styles are getting more limited with less choices lately. This particular store is small compared to others we have been to. They don't let you take anything with you charge 100 plus for delivery and want you to wait 4 weeks for a delivery date. Other rooms to go you can get it in a few days. It's becoming too difficult to shop with rooms to go when you have to wait so long for furniture needs. They are typically friendly but it seems expensive for value. For example a basic twin bed with no bells or whistles was nearly 400 for frame. It was 60 more for bunk board and 300 more for mattress. Then if you want the trundle drawer it's another 350. Add tax and delivery(which should be optional not forced) and you are paying over $1400 for a basic twin bed that may or may not last a few years. I have a house full of stuff because I didn't know. 6 years later a footboard cracked. I thought kids wouldn't be that pricy but it is.
