I bought windows and doors for 19k. They offered install for a specific amount. This experience was horrible. Their installer Kyle did a horrible job and I had to spend 50hours fixing this poor install, not to mention I had to call them out several times before this. When a problem occurs, the management ghosts you and wont reply on your emails or pick up the phone. NEVER AGAIN. Stay away.In reply to your response. Your generic answer wont help me. You can ask Tom Pitts, he knows who I am. He had to involve his boss several times to even get Kyle back out here to fix the things that were crooked. Even now I have to live with the errors when the drywall goes up. If you offer window and glass sliding door install, better make sure that the installers are good. Or you will end up with more 1 star reviews.

Useless company. I've contacted the door and window department on multiple occasions for multiple different jobs and I can never get anyone on the phone,I leave detailed messages and no one ever calls back. The one time I did get ahold of someone, the representative told me he'd have to call me back inorder to provide a price and he never called me. If you're considering shopping for building materials, don't waste your time with this company.

Scott and Anthony were here on time to replace some windows in my lanai and repair a window in the bedroom. They did an excellent job. Unfortunately they could not finish the job because one of the windows was broken on the truck.

I purchased trusses for our new house and I have to say, these are the absolute worst trusses I've ever seen in my life!!! The bottom chords or so uneven that we have to scribe several sheets of drywall just to make them fit up to the ceiling. I most definately would NOT buy trusses from Romac. Plus I bought windows through Romac via a GC. I needed to confirm a window size and my GC wasn't available so I called the guy he dealt with at Romac. He wouldn't return my call and when I finally called a manager he did call me back. However he wouldn't confirm my window size because he said and I quote " I dont share information with the homeowner"!!!!! I will not buy from Romac ever again.

Over priced. Slow to deliver and shorted us 1 truss. Held up our home building 2+ months.Thank you for your response and I will withhold my final review until we receive the missing truss, interior doors and garage doors. Hopefully there will not be additional delays.
