I rented a uhaul here a few months ago. The manager is totally incompetent and made false charges on my credit card which now I have to dispute. He lied about the terms of the agreement and took extra money after the truck was returned. The truck had no tie down straps so my items were not secure. I returned the truck early in the morning after my rental only to find a gate across the entrance and my car locked inside. I had no choice but to take the truck to my hospital appt instead of returning it....so he added a number of other charges. This is a lot of information but I would strongly encourage customers to avoid dealing with this establishment.

Been twice sold out of hay once. Tried a second time, waited almost an hour to get round bales only to be told after waiting that the fork lift was out of commission.
