Excellent service. Each time I visit this branch I am able to get what I need. I drive across town on my lunch break to avoid the Paddock Regions because this location is superb.

The branch itself is great, drive-thru is quick. My only suggestion at this time is to update your hours on here to mirror the fact that they are no longer open on Saturdays. Twice now I've driven there before 12pm since i can't make it to the bank during the week often and both times the place had been closed and I refuse to process my checks through the atm.

Worked with Nathan at Ms. Jessica's branch on NW Blitchton in Ocala. The entire staff are very attentive and helpful, and Mr. Nathan has repeatedly handled my transactions with accuracy and friendliness, which is more than I can say for a few other banks I've used. I appreciate the outstanding customer service and precision banking, and I look forward to working with you further.

I went and asked for half dollars which she had and she then refused to exchange them with me because I don’t have an account. I then asked a gentleman who had an account to buy them and she refused to sell them to him. The worst bank experience I’ve ever had. She refused to an account holder. Saying she can’t exchange’s them to him. Sad and illegal that she said one thing then changed it.

Regions Bank has made it normal ( for four months now) to hold deposited checks for up to 11 days each. I was warned about this practice by the representative at the branch the day I opened my account. I was told that I would stand a better chance of avoiding the holds by depositing the checks at the branch. They still put holds on deposits when I did as the rep suggested. Currently, I have a check (standard payroll check for the same amount as weeks before) on hold for 11 days which is causing me to have late fees applied to 3 bills due totaling $65.00. I will never be reimbursed that money by Regions for their neglectful practices. No direct phone numbers to the branch locations and a 37 min hold time yesterday to the 800 number.

Raised here after work to make an urgent cash deposit got there about 30 seconds after five and they were closed and wouldn’t take the deposit. Finding another bank.

I've been banking here for a long time and I am very happy with the bank and the specific service at this location. They are always kind to me and remember who I am, even though I just go through the drive through. The fact that their number is not listed specifically is not their fault. I called the 800 number to get the number to this branch and it took me a total of 2 min. Highly recommend regions to anyone!
